My chicken was so greasy, it looked like it had been soaking in the bottom of the fryer for a week. It was horrible and I shall never eat at any KFC IN HUNTSVILLE, MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA!! You don’t deserve 1 star. This has happened twice in a rowfrom this location, it won’t happen again.

I literally drive past two other KFC’s to dine at the one on Hwy 72 East in Huntsville. The chicken taste the same as the others. Greasy and salty. Tried it now it’s open. The biscuit was bigger than the chicken. Chicken had been sitting under the lamps to long. Not what I grew up eating. They also forgot my 2 large coleslaw.

They were completely out of all but one of the sauces and didn’t tell us until we had completed our order. Then they didn’t even give us the sauce we requested and I had to run in afterwards and get some from the front staff. Also, the chicken was dry and the biscuit was fluffy but not flakey – more like a cake puff. Generally unimpressed and won’t be returning.
