First visit to this location, and the best service I’ve had at any location by a hostess. The gentleman that seated us was a different story, not sure he wanted his job. Wasn’t rude but acted as if he didn’t care. Food on the other hand was great. Would be happy to return again.

Dining Wed night at 8pm it was deserted same as the night before. Online menu did not match the in store, they would not make the pancake tacos. No biggie ordered grandmas sampler instead. Eggs were a little runny, but hot and fresh. Pancakes were perfect crisp on one side and fluffy in the middle not at all rubbery. Ordered sugar cured ham but got super salty country ham. Bacon was good.

On most days I do not have a problem with Cracker Barrel, however, this day was an exception to the rule. As you can see in the photograph, I posted this was a plate that was served to me. Absolutely disgusting! I am not not recommending this Cracker Barrel, but I just want you to know keep a close eye on your food as it comes out. The manager Kim did rectify the problem as soon as she found out about it, but it never should’ve left the kitchen looking like this. Bon appétit, I hope.

We ordered this cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday. We had to wait almost an hour to receive cold pieces of cake, that look like leftovers, thrown in the box, after being told it was still baking, when we arrived later than our scheduled pick up time. They did offer to make another one but we declined because the manager said it takes four hours to make. They did agree to refund what I paid for it; however, this was extremely poor customer service and quality control. It should have never made it out the door.

This location and I have a history. This was the last time I’m going to this one. Waited 15min with tons of open tables. Saw 3 hostesses in that time. Once we sat down, we were there 15min and 3 servers cleaning tables or helping the 4 tables with people at them.

Waitress was nice but a bit slow. We were there early so it wasn’t packed. I had to go find her just to get more coffee. Took about 20 minutes after we got our drinks before she came back to get our order. Other than that, the food was good and the atmosphere is always comfortable and inviting.
