Placed an order on the mobile app (and paid), drove to the store and a piece of paper taped to the drive through speaker said they were opening later that day. I started calling at the supposed opening time, tried 8 times with no answer, then gave up. This was 5 days ago and I’m still trying to get a refund.

This location always messes up my drink no matter what I order and I only come here on rare occasions when I’m in a rush and in the area. Today ordered one drink and whoever took my order sounded like she had a stank attitude and then whoever cashed me out at the window didn’t say hi / bye or really even a word to me besides “here” when they handed me my drink then shut the window real quick. After this I’d rather go coffee less than get the trash service they’ll give me. They were also dead and had no cars in front of me so not sure why they just didn’t wanna do their jobs ‍♀️

Chocolate croissants were HORRIBLE. Unbaked, gooey, mushy mess. Was told they put it on the correct cooking temperature, if that was so it should be FULLY BAKED and look like a CROISSANT, they need to reevaluate how to bake croissants.

With 2 other Dunkin Donut locations close by I am amazed that this location is an unorganized mess everytime I go. They either have a sign stuck somewhere telling you you can’t go inside, must drive through..or 4 people working the window and no one taking care of customers at counter. I patiently waited at the counter, it wasn’t busy inside or out..but apparently there was an online order all 3 girls were working on.2 guys went over to pick up window to get waited on..then finally I asked nicely if someone could please just get me a couple donuts..well..I got them alright..tossed the the bag..I wasn’t rude..but does it take 4 woman to look at a phone and find an order..il be going to another location from now on. Even if its 5 minutes further.

I usually don’t like this this Dunkin but this one girl made me to start loving it again! Her name was cassie or Casey she was amazing an did well over and beyond what she was suppose to do. She fixed the issues the other girl made now every-time I do came in she is always making sure my order is perfect! Thank you for working & doing more then what ur suppose to do! I ordered a toasted everything bagel, munchkin donuts, and 2 normals donuts. I get a text from my dasher saying that ran out of all of their donuts. The name of the company is literally dunkin’ donuts how are you not about to have donuts. Then my dasher drops of my food and they threw my bagel in the bag cold and not even cut. awful service.

The girl working the cash register was very rude. Like I get dealing with customers sucks. I’ve worked in customer service before. This however was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Very unhelpful and didn’t even listen to the order. At this point, I’m probably never coming back to this Dunkin
