I ordered the Korean Ramen. It wasn’t for me. I thought the broth was really oily. My guest ordered the Korean Duck Ramen and LOVED it! It just depends on the broth and personal taste.

Food was alright, but expect a long wait time for food during happy hour. Took an hour to get par-cooked noodles with nobody checking to see if we had water or needed other drinks. Atmosphere is a 10/10 and if that was what I was grading, I would bring everyone I know. However, food was alright. Noodles weren’t done all the way making them crunchy, the broth was body temperature at most and some of the veggies were over cooked making them bitter. Overall, I’m glad that I didn’t pay $22 for my bowl of okay food.

What an awesome meal that my wife and I had. I had the Korean Short Rib bowl and my wife had the Duck Carbanera plus we got Korean cucumbers. I got a Cider Vinegar with Blueberry Mint. Everything was just great. So flavorful. We will definitely go back with friends.

Went to the new Tori Ramen last night after work and could not have been more impressed. The scallop crudo and cured monkfish had incredible depth of flavor. Then were surpassed in depth by far by their ramen counterparts. The duck, shoyu, Korean egg drop, and Bali Bali ramens each had their own great flares. We’ll (the In Bloom crew) undoubtedly be coming back after work many times. It’s a wonderful space with even more wonderful food.

This food was eye opening and has officially raised the bar for what ramen should taste like. Hands down the best tasting ramen and possibly one of the top restaurants in the Twin Cities within its price range. The broth was sooo flavorful and savoy that my mouth is still watering writing this review. I also realize that the noodles from other restaurant I’ve had don’t even come close to this. The food did take a while to come, but it makes sense if they are putting that much care into preparing it. So be patient because it worth it. Drop your other plan and try Tori.

First trip to Tori and it was fantastic. The interior (a built out train car) is modern and inviting, with great lighting. The menu is chock full of amazing choices, making it a guarantee that I’ll be back. Service was attentive and knowledgeable … You should go!

We had gone to Tori a number of times before they moved in 2019, and this is our first time in the new space. MAGICAL. Great date atmosphere, the ramen is still AMAZING, and staff was so kind too.

Sneak into this cozy train car for absurd happy hour pricing on the best ramen in the Twin Cities (that I’ve tried—willing to be wrong!). Korean cucumbers, sesame cold noodles, zucchini salad. Try anything. Be moved.

I was very much on the fence about writing this review because I had read so many great things about this place and was dying to eat here!
