Updated 4/25/23. Had to down rate. Ordered the chimi again and was marginal. No flavor, no spice, very bland. Not sure if they changed owners, managers or cooks but its a far cry from what it was. Original post: Great food in an unassuming counter service restaurant tucked away in a strip mall. Ordered the green chili Chimicanga smothered in red sauce. The burrito had good flavor and just the right amount of spice.

Found this spot by going to Goodwill next door and we figured we’d give a try and the tacos are amazing and great tasting no complaints their street tacos bomb and I found out that they have Menudo every day which is a plus for me will be coming back definitely recommend costumer service was great thank you

Honestly this place should have much higher than 4 stars. Idk what’s happened with the people who got “bad” food here, but I work in the area and come here every now and then for breakfast or lunch. EVERY time I’ve come, the food has been stellar, the staff friendly, and the service is quick! These little hole-in-the-wall restaurants are THE places to get good Mexican food. People who are going to the Cafe Rio across the street are missing out.

This place is definitely just OK the salsa taste better then the tacos.. When I order tacos I take my first bite without sauce but I could tell right off the back that the meat was not seasoned..I’m not looking for alot just so flavor other then onion, lime, cilantro but thank you for lunch

First time trying this place and it was good. We got the beef soup (very flavorful), chorizo egg burrito (flavorful and not greasy), carne asada burrito and the 5 rolled tacos. The rolled tacos was my only complaint, they’re about 3-4inch long and it was thin. Was not worth it to us.

It was ok, i ordered take out. I got 3 soft street tacos and chose Pork, chicken, and carne asada and the meat was super dry for the pork and carne. I ordered chips and salsa and got the salsa but no chips. Ceviche tostada was good, rice was good, bean burrito was good. Will try again and update if the meat is better.
