As an Uber driver they always get the orders wrong which affects my customer service because I cannot look into the bags. The first time they gave a coke instead of a chocolate shake. The second time they forgot the large fries and large tator tots and only put two burgers in the bag. Again I cannot open bags to confirm. There is never anyone in there except a cook and a person at the front and they still can’t get it right. For a new business, they won’t thrive if they keep getting orders wrong and I personally report them to U ER because as mentioned before, they mess with my customer service by delivering wrong and incomplete orders. Instead of this company doing it right the first time they mess up and my pay is affected.

First time visitors to any Burger Factory establishment. We came away highly impressed! Such a large, tasty burger and fries combo. The burger itself was large and perfect! I highly recommend and plan to eat here again before heading back to Florida. I almost forgot to mention that the staff was awesome highly professional! Thank you!!

The burgers here were great, cooked to order, very fresh and quick too. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The food was all decently priced and well worth it. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

My first time trying this place! I’ll never eat from this place again. I didn’t get most of the additional things that I added to the order and payed for! The tots looked like they just dropped them in the grease and pulled them right out. Just a horrible waste of money. Now I know why they weren’t busy like every other restaurant around here!

Greatest Ever
The burger was horrendous! It was DRENCHED in grease and condiments yet still had no flavor. My meat was charred, they probably have the heat too high. It tastes like they haven’t cleaned the grill in days. The more you chew it, the worse it tastes. The fries were overly salty. Honestly I feel like throwing up. The burgers were so disappointing from the last time we were here. They were so thin and burned. Couldn’t even eat them, they went straight to the trash. We wound up eating just the fries and sharing chicken nuggets.

2nd time coming here. 1st was good. (Owner cooked our food) 2nd time,,,could be the last. (1) I don’t need to walk in to see the 2 girls working, actually sitting at a booth holding each other and kissing. (2) Be more presentable. (3) Both burgers were burnt. My bacon was burnt. Other burger didn’t get the bacon or avocado it was supposed to have. Didn’t get the cheese on the fries, that was paid extra for. Had her make MY burger again,,,bacon was under-cooked. Ridiculous! We were the only 2 customers. They had 1 JOB and failed.

Absolutely disgusting food. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo and my fries were cold and soggy, the hamburger buns were burnt all the way around, the patty was extremely salty, burnt to a char and my bacon was partially raw in some areas. My wife ordered a hot dog and mini corn dogs. The hotdog bun was completely over toasted, burnt and the mini corn dogs were almost burnt black and completely inedible. I can’t even believe this food was actually served to us. Against my advice, my wife ate a few bites of the hot dog and later on suffered from food poisoning. Yes, the staff is friendly but clearly needs more training on how to cook and proper handling of food.
