This place does pizza right. I’ve worked in two different pizza restaurants and had pretty much every flagship and best kept secret pizza place in Chicago over the past 25 years. When I moved out to the burbs a few months ago it took me a minute to find this place. But now that I have, I don’t need to go anywhere else. Their pizza is a solid A every time. Their thin crust is right on. Crispy enough to stay firm even with a lot of toppings and sauce (which they don’t skimp on) but not “well done” and burnt or so doughy that you’re mostly eating bread. That is hard to do, especially with square cut pizzas. The non-edge pieces can be flimsy and get your hands messy, but they nail it. As for other bad reviews, It’s hard to argue with pictures of botched or slid pizzas, so I can’t say that they’re perfect. But I’ve been happy every time I’ve ordered from here. I’ve never had anything but good customer service experiences with this place.

NEVER AGAIN!! This past weekend we ordered 2 large thin crust pizza’s with (2) toppings each for pickup. We arrived on time and the bill was a mind blowing $64.58–for 2 large pizza’s! I presented the cashier with a $20 gift card that was bought and paid for previously (not a coupon). They rudely REFUSED to accept the gift card! They also charged a 3% surcharge because we paid with a credit card. Surely the profit is huge when paying nearly $65 for 2 large pizza’s. Bad business decision not to accept the $20 gift card because you lost a customer for life and I will be sharing my story with many. We do take out pizza approximately once a week and also do occasional catering orders for larger parties. There are many better choices in the immediate area.

Great little place that I found online. I was staying in Naperville it was 1 of the very few places that was open late. Grab an Italian beef pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Very very delicious pizza. Fresh out the oven hot and the crust was super crispy. Best thin crust pizza I ever had outside of Chicago. One those small spots that people really need to check.

I wanted to try a deep dish and found this place close by. Ordered the 12″ buffalo chicken and that must have weighed 5lbs. Man was that good pizza, even reheated nicely. Though looking at my receipt when I got back I saw a custom order for $5 which I’m not sure what that was for. Overall it was very good.

Attempted to order online after a flight delay. Pizza looked liked this an hour later. Tried tipping 8 dollars on a 38 dollar order which was $10 more than online with less food. Will avoid in the future. Attempted to call of tip went through no answer no email.

Ordered a pizza on NYE for the kids as we had reservations with another couple. Online it said 40 minutes. I arrived on time. The unfriendly woman behind the counter said 10 more minutes. I stood there for twenty five more minutes. I watched them put my pizza in the oven when they said it would be ready. We were late to dinner. Kids said the pizza sucked too.I would not go back here

Cassano’s has pretty good food but iffy service. In all honesty their pizza and ravioli are favorites of mine, but their service in the last couple months has made it so we stopped ordering here. We tried to order the other day, but they weren’t able to fulfill the order. That being said, in the past they have had a tendency to forgot crucial items in the order – one time we ordered two different ravioli dishes and only got one. Their delivery drivers aren’t always very friendly and it’s stopped us from ordering a lot of the time. Maybe you’ll have more luck eating in person, but delivery has been a no-go as of late.
