Since I moved to Sulphur Springs in April this is the best place to grab a burger and fries! Waffle fries are hot and crispy, burgers are dressed well and also hot! Service is always great! I got some coworkers to make the jump and they enjoyed the food as well! They give you sauces by request… salt & pepper plenty of napkins!! This is my go to place!!

They made my order incorrect, however made a fresh one quickly without hesitation. The food was really good. The fries were crispy. The chicken tenders had a good flavor. The burger was hot and i loved the charbroiled taste. We went here just to get out of the house, and was not disappointed !

We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, small oder of fries, and 2 soft drinks. The lady who took our order was nice, but very slow and she was the only one taking orders. There were a lot of people waiting in line. It took us 15 minutes to get our food. We were driving 900 miles today so we got the order to go. When we got back on the road, we discovered that we had cheeseburgers instead. We didn’t have time to go back.

We stopped here on a road trip from Dallas to Arkansas. My wife and I both ordered Big Carl combo meals with crispy fries. Everything was good, but we had to ask for more sauce for the burgers. The store is conveniently in a Love’s truck stop just off the highway. The cashier was very helpful. Good price and good food.

Other than the fact I was left standing at the counter with no one at the till for 8 to 10 minutes. Even though I was in the sight line of at least 4 staff. I was informed by the shift manager after 2 to 3 minutes that she would help me as soon as she could.

This place is pretty good. The burgers are fair but the chicken strip are really good. They gave my kids free cookies. The tables were clean and the service was friendly. I really liked the fried zucchini.

Came to Sulphur Springs to visit and my kids chose to come here because they are fans of the star nuggets! We were not at all disappointed! The staff were all friendly! The woman on the intercom was pleasant and nice as well as the cashier. Super nice and helpful and looking out for this momma who rolled through their drive thru with a car full of children and tantrums. I ordered 4 cookies with our meals and upon getting home I looked in my bag and realized they gave us 8 out of pure generosity. my heart was so thankful for that because they had no idea how stressed i was and this whole experience with them made my day. 10/10 best customer service and nicest staff in SS. Will be coming again! And their food was delicious!!

I gave it a one star because I couldn’t give it a zero. Tonight service was appalling. We ordered a double jalapeno cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomatoes or bun. The cook did not know how to do this. And I only say that because I heard her ask, how am I supposed to do this with no lettuce. I explained to them that we’ve done it before and they just put it in a container. She’s still wrapped it in lettuce put it in a box and threw it up under the heat lamps and said well I hope that’s right. I’ve never felt like I had inconvenienced anyone in my 54 years of living. I will never come back to this carl Jr.
