I haven’t eaten here in a couple of months but I had great experiences throughout the years. I got shell shocked when I ordered my my fart chicken fried shrimp and pork fried rice. And I also got broccoli beef broccoli well done. When I got home I tried the Marfa chicken which I always do all white meat it is hard as a rock the fried shrimp was mushy and the broccoli beef was hard as a rock. And for 32.95. I’m very disappointed in you guys you have raised your prices Sky High and lowered your quality to the bottom.

It was my first time in, and I ordered takeout for the family. The wait time for the order wasn’t bad at all. Used the men’s room while I waited, and whoa… It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. No exaggeration… smells like it, too. Don’t use the bathroom here. Paid a fair price for dinners, as usual, al’acart is more expensive than ordering a dinner or lunch special. Got the General Tso chicken, upgraded with Pork Fried Rice, the Beef and Broccoli, with Steamed Rice, the Special Fried Rice, an order of Egg Drop Soup, and an order of Hot and Sour Soup. Everything was wonderful! The wife and I ate for 3 days off that. We live in Eagle Point, and this was WAAAAY better than our local Chinese restaurant… usually drive to Central Point or Medford for good Chinese, but now we know we can eat at Ling’s much closer to home. Would give 5 stars if they cleaned better.

We were so excited to try this place as we are new to town and pass it all the time. Unfortunately the food was not good. The wonton soup was falling apart like it was old, and all the food was flavorless. The fried rice was not fried and the general Tsos chicken was mushy. So disappointed

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food wasn’t bad at all, just kind of bland. The egg rolls were decent. The fried rice had all the right stuff, just no real flavor. Broccoli beef was a bit rubbery, but had decent flavor. I want to like them more, just being honest though.

Seschuan chicken was good but not spicy enough for my taste. General Tso chicken wasn’t bad but not memorable. Fried dumplings and pork fried rice were pretty good. Not something I would judge the restaurant by but I actually really enjoyed the fortune cookie. It was light and crispy not crunchy and had a light toasted coconut like flavor to it.

Excellent food! I really like that you can order spicy dishes ‘extra spicy’ – which is what I did when I ordered the Kung pao chicken!

Pretty standard Americanized Chinese food. The egg rolls are mushy inside, pretty unappealing. The chicken fried rice was alright, though not daring to have much seasoning. Lastly, the wontons are entirely unfilled, so unless you’re craving something else that is mostly grease, I wouldn’t order them.

Best Chinese food in the Medford/Eagle Point area hands down. Friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food. Also the options are bigger than you would expect and at a decent price, highly recommend.

You should eat here. Big portions justify the price, and the food is delicious. Older reviews about the quality of service have been addressed. This is a gem in the area.

Let me start by saying the young lady that was the serve for our table of 11 was running her buns off and was so kind and accommodating. Unfortunately that’s about all the good I have to say about this place. Let me start by saying this so the people in the kitchen can hear it. CHANGE YOUR FRYER OIL!!! It was so old and dirty that it make every bit of fried food taste terrible. The mar far chicken would have been really good if it wasn’t for the fryer oil. That’s the only food that would have been good though. The wonton used for the crab puffs are way too thick. The fried rice was lacking in flavor and sort of mushy, as if it hadn’t been fried. Everything had just an old dirty sort of taste. Their family style offerings are a bit unfortunate as well. We had to order A for 4 and B for 4 so we could have mar far chicken and fried shrimp. Unfortunately that meant we were saddled with a ridiculously large amount of not so good sweet and sour pork without enough sauce on it and a ridiculously small amount of mar far chicken and fried shrimp. They should rethink that and do what some other restaurants do and offer shrimp if you get the family style for 4 or more. The chow mein on both styles were slimey and sub-par. I remember really liking Lings back in the day. The decor hasn’t changed a but, but the food sure has. Changing the oil more often and a good clean on the grill would be a good start to better customer satisfaction.
