Worst JJs. Staff is rude, lazy and unorganized. Orders are never on time. You have to get angry and rude before they will even acknowledge that you are waiting. Don’t go within an hour of closing. They like to close early.

As always this place does an excellent job giving you a relatively nutritious meal at a decent price. I will say after today’s experience that there was quite a bit more lettuce than there was actual tuna so I’m not sure if the Sandwich Artist fell asleep at the wheel or they just do it a different style here.

Most unprofessional manager / staff I have ever met. Ordered my food for delivery. Waited an hour and 15 minutes. No delivery was made. We then called the store to let them know we would pick up the food instead. The food was NOT READY when I arrived, they were serving other orders in front of ours after we ordered over an hour ago. Ridiculous. HIGHLY Recommend you stay away from this store.

Freaky Fast? More like Freaking Forever. The least amount of time it has taken for a delivery to make it to our house (which is exactly 5 minutes away from the restaurant) is 45 minutes. Usually it takes longer than that. They forgot straws, made our sandwiches wrong, our ice was almost completely melted and the drinks were disgusting. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I actually called to speak with the manager this time. When I asked for a manager she answered : “It is I”. Seriously. And she sounded absolutely bored to be taking to me. Nothing was done to fix our issues. If you care at all about having a pleasant experience, do not order from here.
