To start of everything, I had great customer service. The workers have great recommendations. They were understanding and listened well. The wings ate delicious. I love spicy so I usually will get half Mango Habenero and the Korean BBQ. They’re fries are delicious and have a great seasoning. If you’re into loaded fries they offer those as well but I love the fried just the way they are. The ranch the use is tasty. It’s a better deal if you pay for the large ranch instead of paying for individual ranch cups. They offered combo meals if you like that. I just do by the piece. They’re prices are average but reflect everything I’ve tasted. I will be returning for more

I’ve gotten chicken several times from this location. Order online 15-20 minutes prior to pickup. Louisiana rub and lemon pepper. Always hot! Do not recommend the fries. Got them once and they were soggy and obviously cooked in old grease. Don’t always get celery AND carrots, when this is selected as the side with the combo, but it was fresh. Fountain drinks taste funny, like something needs to be cleaned or changed regularly. The staff have always been friendly and polite.

My boyfriend ordered both of our chicken sandwiches online and boneless wings. When he got home we started eating, and he took a bite out of this chicken sandwich. He immediately spit it out and said something was wrong and it tasted gooey. I started to look at it and took his sandwich apart and saw the chicken was completely raw!!! This is extremely unacceptable and someone can get very sick. I posted a photo below. We will not be ordering anything from this location and corporate will be notified!

They just don’t care… they won’t answer the phone for pick up or delivery I literally sat in the store and rang the phone and watched and listened to the employees yell at the phone “just give up” as if it were a inconvenience to do there job.. and there open until 12am but according to the manager “there’s no way I’m taking any order after 11:15pm”

Not good, underwhelming, cold. I waited the appropriate amount of time specified by the online ordering and everything was cold. Once I got home, I nuked the fries. The seasoning was strangely sweet? Not my jam. The wings themselves tasted like they were fried in very old oil. Nothing hit the mark and I will not be back.
