I’m the master of finding diamonds in the rough for breakfast spots but Mr. Perkins , unfortunately, very disappointed, I went Mr. Perkins in the 90s and it was a great place to sit down and have good food and conversation but it looks like covid has brought down another established staple in the community, I hope they get back to there hay days.
