Just a rotten experience today. I don’t get how a place can go from great to just absolutely garbage with a shift change. Won’t be back. It’s very sad because I love this place for breakfast. Oh well, I’ll just take my money somewhere else and I seriously hope everyone else does too. The kiosks weren’t working, the online app wasn’t working because it said “closed” (which is someone flipping a switch to prevent orders from coming in) and nobody wanted to take my order because they were too busy standing around cussing and ranting about whatever. Pathetic.

Terribly trained staff. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich (the number 4 on the menu) through the drive thru. The person taking the order and money rang up a spicy McChicken. I told her I did not want a spicy chicken and she was confused. I clarified that I wanted the number 4 sandwich only and she went to ask the manager. I was ultimately given a spicy McChicken because apparently no one at the store knows what is on the menu including pictures on the board that all customers see. I recommend avoiding this location.

One of the worst McDonald’s in history. Supposedly open at 6am but I’ve tried so many times at 6, 610, 620,630… no answer at drive thru, doors locked, it’s ridiculous. If it’s not possible to get the store open at 6 then change the hours. Same with the night. Ordered off the app and went to pick it up at 10:30 pm. Paid on the app. When i arrived there literally everything but 1 item they either had a broken machine, were out of it, or couldn’t cook it because i quote..”We close at 11 we have already started shutting things down the grill is closed”.. this was at 10:26. So had to order everything again and pay again in a hurry from another location. Will not be coming back to this McDonald’s for sure. There are two more a mile in either direction that are much much better.
