Ordered a 5 meat stuffed pizza, got it cooked and while cutting noticed olives, looked and found mushrooms and other things we didn’t order. Called the store expecting to be told to bring it back and get what we ordered but Taylor said all she could do was give us $4 off our next order. I can’t eat mushrooms and 2 of the others in my house don’t like them, this pizza was a waste and even worse is basically being told to just deal with it because they don’t care.

Really bad service. Online order for a two topping pizza and it I guess it didn’t save my toppings because they gave me a regular cheese pizza. Went back in to get it fixed as I paid for two toppings and didn’t get them. They refused and said “yeah that’s what you ordered, sorry and shrugged me off.” Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth when you spend $20 per pizza and don’t get what you paid for or wanted due to an online ordering mistake that could have been easily fixed. Not even an attempt to fix it. Seriously a bummer. Even could have just put the toppings in a cup for me to add and that would have been fine. Will go across the street next time. Not worth the money.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to this location and they only had one part of my order completed. When I did an online order and waited the 30 minute time frame to complete my order like they said. The 1st time they fixed it right away. Today i walked in and told the guy working that I was missing an item. I was told “I can leave your number with my manager and they can call you back”. How about NO! That is not acceptable. When I paid for this item ahead of time and I have to cross my fingers hoping for a call. I asked what else he could do to make it right. “Well I can make you a cheese bread instead”. Okay no problem I’ll wait. Thank you. He completed the bread with the worst attitude and pushes the bread to me and walks to the back of the building. Like I did something wrong for asking for what I paid for. This is a terrible way to treat customers.

Papa Murphy’s is always a great pizza option if you have the oven access, and can wait up to 20 mins to have your food. This particular site is less than a mile from my home and, even though I have a tendency to order 20-30mins before closing, the employees treat me well and are friendly. Thanks everybody!

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars cause the person that helped me was very nice. The store was so dirty and disorganized. And the quality of the pizza was poor. The sauce on the pizza was uneven on both of the pizzas. Cheese on one of the pizzas was heavy on one side but I was able to fix it. ( I shouldn’t have to fix any thing on the pizzas we paid 33 dollars.) I’ve been getting take and baked for a long. Papa Murphy’s was my late father’s favorite. So once in a while I like to get it in honor of him. But I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. We didn’t get sick or anything. I have children and I can’t risk them cause they don’t feel like cleaning.

This location is awful! Twice now I have stopped by over half an hour before closing and they already had everything put away. This time they didn’t even have the pizza I paid for, they couldn’t make me one, and they didn’t know how to refund my money. Worst of all, they were rude on top of it and tried to blame me by accusing me of coming to the wrong store (until I showed them my confirmation) and ordering too far in advance (3 hours). Heads up to everyone, they also said online orders are routinely stolen from this location, but it’s not their job to do anything about it… I’ll be sticking with the Bonney Lake location.
