We got the sausage cheese egg biscuits and they were SO good! Thick sausage, soft, flaky biscuits. We were full and satisfied! We went to Greenhouse & I-10 location because Mason Rd is closed. Very courteous staff who opened the door for us coming and going. Sweet iced tea is very refreshing.

Super fast on having my order out! Used the app! omggg the peach milkshake was so delicious and COLD. Thick enough to not be runny but not TOO thick to where my cheeks hurt trying to suck through the straw! I also ordered some nuggets to go on top of my salad

I consistently order grilled nuggets and I always get fried. This is SO annoying. And if they are busy, one person at the front of the line will be waiting and they bring food out to cars behind them and we all have to wait on the first car to get their food before we can go. its out of order and aggravating. not efficient. not the typical CFA service you get elsewhere.

I love Chick-fil-A and unfortunately this location is the closest one to our house. Our drive-through and online pick-up orders are incorrect around 50% of the time. I keep going there because it’s close and because I figured they’d eventually improve quality control, but after two years they still can’t manage to include salad dressing with a salad. We started buying bottles of Chick-fil-A ranch just to make sure we had a backup for when we didn’t get condiment packets. I guess I should keep backup salad dressing in the fridge too.

This CFA has to be one of the poorer managed location in the area, look at all the poor reviews, not common for a CFA. Their layout/design is not very welcoming. You feel squeezed and crowded as soon as you walk in the door and make your way towards the dining area. The cashiers/ staff aren’t as attentive as you would expect as it is not uncommon to stand there and not be greeted for some time. I am not referring to the cashier who may be busy, but just any employee standing behind the counter. The food is good and hot, but the waffle fries will sometimes come out way short. They don’t say the “My Pleasure” response consistently either. I guess my main gripe for this location is the fact that they are not what one expects from a traditional Chick-fil-A. This Friendswood location is just another fast food establishment that does not deliver on a reputation that they are known for and why people are willing to pay more for. This is the fault of their operator and leadership. Kids are there to just earn some spending money. With the current climate businesses find them in, you need to do better CFA Friendswood.

Absolutely the worst chic fila ever – you better check your order. It’s 4-21-23 at 7pm. My order was completely wrong ( 1 out of 4 times here ) drove back a few miles , the manager was an 18yr old girl with no remorse – took a photo of the party at the front with all the teens having a great time. She didn’t apologize – and was very unprofessional. Is this owner aware of the the party place he has at night ? Check your food – and don’t expect professionals to handle your order at night. I haven’t had a great experience at this location one time and I’ve tried it over a dozen times since moving near this location. The fries are always cold, the chicken always seems to be small and very thin. Orders tend to be missing things and by the time I get home, it’s not an option to go back. The breakfast is the same way, tater tots cold and soggy. I never really have a reason to complain about any Chik-fil-A, but I’ve not been satisfied once with this location.
