This it the worst experience that I have ever had American Deli. Upon ordering the employee was rude and impatient. He slammed the cups down when my party upsized their drinks, annoyed when we asked if he could add syrup to the sprite, and seemed to ignore me when asking. I brushed it off b/c I have worked in fast food before and understand it’s easy to get frustrated. But what topped it off was that there was hair in wrapped around my last wing and when calling in the same worker suggested it was my hair when you can clearly see the difference. I am disgusted and will not be back.

The man that took my order has a really heavy accent and messed up my order twice. I paid for both orders because business is business but he managed to mess up both times. $60 down the drain and I’m no where closer to having what I really ordered. I was looking forward to coming here more often because they’re 24 hours, however I will not be back. I think he meant well, but he failed to understand my orders on separate occasions which in turn failed me. Very disappointed.

Filthy! I saw huge cockroaches in the windowsill. Gnats flying everywhere. I ordered a 15 pc they gave me 8 pc. I went inside to complain, workers have nasty attitude and the manger would not refund me. They robbed me of $12! I’m calling the department of public health!!

Poor customer service! We were not greeted when we walked to the counter, the cashier was on his phone and he literally just stood there until we had to say something first. We would like to keep patronizing this particular American Deli because we enjoy the wings but if this type of service continues, we will no longer be coming here. Please do better!

A friend recommended American Deli, so I thought I would give it a try at lunch today. Only one other customer was in the restaurant. The attendant at the counter was scrolling on his phone and I felt like I was interrupting him just to ask questions and take my order. I ordered the beef fried rice to go. I decided to go to the restroom while I was waiting and it was dirty with tissue on the floor and no tissue in the holder/dispenser. I walked right back out and let the attendant know that there was no tissue in the ladies room, and yep…he was still in grossed with his phone. My food order came up and I asked if there were sauces to go with it and he told me that the sauce was already on it. I took my order and left. Got home to eat and was so disappointed. I paid $12 for beef fried rice that had no taste whatsoever! It was dried out with what appeared to be green beans, corn, carrots, and very little beef. I do not recommend American Deli and wish I had my $12 back. What a waste. Wish I could leave negative stars.
