I placed my order thru the app. I arrived and the front desk attendant was printing a TON of tickets at one time. They may have had tech difficulties but that doesn’t explain why the cooks were all clueless to what to do. They were all just standing around. Most could barely understand English. I’m Hispanic, I understand. The front attendant took orders from people who literally just walked in and had no order placed ahead of time. Those guests walked out before I did and the other guests who were already waiting for their orders. I was already waiting an extra 35 min from the time promised on the app. There were no cup holders. I spent over 75$ on my order and to be treated like this is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. It’s gone down in service sooooo bad. The restaurant was dirty and there was zero direction to the employees. There were MULTIPLE GUESTS standing around waiting on their food. At some point, what was evident it was the cook’s family or friends, came in to the side window by the register, goofed around and laughed with the cooks and then walked out with a tray of wings, two bags full of fries and extra food all in front of waiting guests including myself. NOT HAPPY!!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! Food was cold, served wrong food, they didn’t give me the dressings I paid for, didn’t even put them in the bag with the order!!! CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU GO HERE!! Asked for all flats in both combo orders, got mostly clubs!!!!! DID THEY NOT READ THE ORDER!! How you mess up chicken wing order!!! $36 bucks to be disappointed. Called and ask for a manager? She tells me to come back and get what was missing! I was 45 min aways by that time. When I researched this wing stop, does not appear to be accredited by BBB better business bureau!! I will never go back to this wing stop nor will my friends! Is here in Argyle and Union Park will go to wing stop in Cross Roads! So far they have not disappointed.

Where is the owner? I’ve been to this place too many times to count. I genuinely love some GOOD Wingstop. I keep giving them a chance but I’m finally tired of my husband saying “I told you so!” Placed an online order with this location last night. I walked in and there was NO ONE at the front counter. Everyone in the back looked at me like I had three heads and no one even attempted to move in my direction until a good 2-3 minutes went by. Phone ringing off the hook. No one taking care of customers. Finally a worker attempted to help me but spoke no English. Finally a young lady with short braids came inside (from the front door) with a young man (who was apparently a patron because he went to a table that had an order spread out like he’d been eating). She offered ZERO apology for the wait and located my order which had another 10 minutes. While behind the counter this young lady was apparently still on her personal phone because she was discussing her college applications. When you’re at work, you’re supposed to be working!

Just received my order a few mins ago and I was supposed to get 4 lemon pepper and 4 Louisiana rub. They got half right. The other half I have no idea what flavor that is but it’s not Louisiana rub. I called and they said it will be ANOTHER 30 mins to fix my order. I already waited an additional 30 mins just to get my food. (I placed the order online to be ready by 12:30 and didn’t get it until 1pm). I requested a refund and they claim they will have a manager do it when she gets back. Craziness!

Don’t waste your time coming here, I mean it when I say this. I’ve given this location chance after chance and they continue to mess up my order time after time. This time it drew the line for me. Not only did they not give me the hot wing sauce I ordered (hot lemon) but they gave me SPOILED RANCH. This is not ranch, blue cheese, or sour cream. This has the taste of something that went BAD.
