The Vig is an excellent place to have dinner and enjoy time with friends and family. The decor is beautiful and the seating is comfortable. They also have an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy food or drinks. Our waitress, Dustie, was very friendly and gave us excellent service. The food – wow – it is so awesome and many items are locally sourced! This establishment takes reservations and that is a good idea so you can decide if you want to sit in the bar area and listen to live music or in a cozy room up front. We love this place, and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I loved this place. First the restaurant feels kind of exclusive because the entrance is secluded in a passageway and the front covered in foliage. Our service was also amazing, our server Mia I believe (my memory is terrible) was great, very attentive and fast. Same with the food! Felt like right as we ordered, it was placed at our table as if the food was waiting for us already. Loved the ambiance so much, we decided to walk down the strip and see a movie. Greatly recommend this restaurant.

Visited this place on a Sat afternoon and had an overall enjoyable experience. The chicken sandwich was decent, although it could have been juicier, and the fries were unfortunately soggy instead of crispy. On the bright side, the ambiance was fantastic, and the live music added to the pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the whipped feta dip, as it was excellent. The decor was also quite nice and added to the overall appeal of the place. With a few improvements in the food department, this spot could easily become a favorite

The VIG at Park west is just as good as the other two I have been to which is the one on Fillmore and the one in North Phoenix. So I’m 3 for 3 with this restaurant. When we went into this restaurant we talked with the manager she was real nice they gave us a nice table and it was relaxing it’s a really clean place atmospheres kick back and everybody was friendly. The food was great and it up having a turkey sandwich and we also ordered a chicken sandwich which was very flavorful. If you have been to any of the other locations this one is just the same as all of them great food great service so you would enjoy this location just as well.

We went for the first time on a Wednesday night, and it wasn’t very crowded. We sat at the bar and it was very comfortable. The decor and music is very nice. The bartender was nice and made good drinks. We were disappointed with the food though. We got the chicken wings with barbecue sauce on the side. The spice they used on the chicken was very bland. The black grill marks on the chicken tasted more burnt than grilled. We shared a salad, and the stems of the baby kale and some of the leaves were very tough to chew. we didn’t taste any balsamic in the balsamic dressing. The portions were fair for the price, though. We will come back and give them two or three more tries before we make our final decisions but we were disappointed with our first visit.

First time experiencing The Vig and wow this is the place. Nice rustic mid century vibe, very relaxed Ambiance. Food was delicious. Not much of a drinker but gave an old fashioned a chance, and had just enough bitters.

Went during the grand opening phase. Waitress started off pleasant, but it went down hill. Took forever to get our food and when we did, it was just warm. The taste was decent although it looked good. I wouldn’t say it the food was good or bad, just decent. Considering the price, it should definitely be at least good if not great.

I’ve had lunch and dinner here a few times so I’m ready to review The Vig. The cocktails are delicious and in fact are the best thing there. There was a Seared Ahi app, that’s gone after a month. Not sure why they got rid of it, that was so good! I took my husband there since I had a good experience with my girlfriends for brunch.

Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of the negative reviews. The ambience is nice but once we got to our table we realized that it’s really dark in there. The waitress did eventually bring this lamp that sits on the table which helped a little but it’s really dark in there. One of the appetizers took so long to arrive that we just ended up cancelling it. The food unfortunately wasn’t seasoned all that well. And lastly the airflow isn’t that great like as if they don’t have enough vents or something.

Came here at the last minute on a Wednesday at 4pm. A nice casual vibe, seated quickly and waited on immediately. Server was attentive and described the happy hour specials and made recommendations. Tried the sliders, pretzel and chicken tacos.
