What an amazing find and quite by accident! We were in the area and walked in to feed our craving for noodle soup. Absolutely amazing food, great service! Tables nicely spaced out. Flavors were authentic (comparable to our experience in Asia)

Menu offered variety of noodle options, but the flavors fell short of being exceptional. I was disappointed on the broth, lacked of flavors! Too simple! Tasteless and bland! We also had potato salad, cucumber salad and the mouth watering chicken! Overall taste was underwhelming.

If you like lamb, this place has many dishes, both spicy and non spicy. They also have fresh hand pulled noodles. We have been coming here for years, never disappointed. Gluten free option is very limited, but there are few. Just not the noodles.

The service was ok. Highly recommend trying the signature Lanzhou beef noodle; it was delicious and the noodle had a great flavor. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion of beef as there were only 4-5 slices. The lamb kebab was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend the potato salad due to its bland taste.

I’ve been to its neighborhood a long time but never visited before. The day I visited was a bit cold. I was looking for hot noodle soup. Ummm… The noodles were pretty good, the soup was also tasty. But…but .. it’s not hot enough… Of course, this is absolutely personal preference… So I minus one star in food … Other orders were pretty delicious and had their own special flavors. I’ll come back to try more. The price? Inexpensive!! Service was good…. Staffs were also friendly…..

I’m so happy we stumbled into this place during a rainy Saturday. The establishment wasn’t super busy and allowed for a pleasurable meal. My partner and I tried a total of two appetizers and two of their noodle dishes. The wood ear mushroom salad is the perfect choice for you if you like notes of vinegar, garlic, and spice with crunch. We liked it for how fresh it felt prior to diving into our noodles. The braised beef noodles were my favorite out of the two noodle dishes we tried, mainly because the broth was more flavorful compared to the lan zhou dish. The braised beef broth had notes of celery, carrots, and onion, and when these notes where combined with chili oil, the broth made for the perfect rainy day stock. The bok choy was also a nice complement to the dish. My partner didn’t really like his dish at all, stating that the meat selection was a bit too fatty for his taste and the broth lacked flavor. In the future he’ll likely order the dish I selected. As far as the chicken wings go, I feel that we didn’t really get to enjoy them appropriately during our visit. Unfortunately they took a while to arrive to our table, arriving near the end of our visit, after we had finished our noodles. They were crunchy and fresh, but didn’t have much to offer on the flavor/seasoning end.

One of the best noodle place in Edison. We had Lanzhou noodle, braised beef noodle, grilled gluten, Chinese hamburger, hot& spicy chicken, crispy lamb chop. All of them were very good. Food has good portions and delicious. And they are not expensive. I would recommend.

Literally salivating just thinking about the yummy hand pulled noddle soup we had here. We came on a snowy weekday when they just opened for lunch and thankfully did not have to wait. Got two bowls of their hand pulled noddle beef soup with extra wide noddles and it was legit! I had the braised beef noddle soup and hubby had the Lanzhou beef noddles. Both were really delicious, huge in portion and just so good but I did prefer the Lanzhou beef soup more. The noddles were also really chewy and just heavenly.

Been here quite a few times. Really friendly staff. Food is great. We loved the lamb skewer. You can also ask for no spicy if you have younger kids. They also make noodles in front of you which my 3yo had a great time watching 🙂

Ordered the hand pulled braised beef noodles (thick), Lanzhou beef noodles (wide), mouth watering chicken, and braised lamb shoulder which were all so so delicious. I still cannot get over how flavorful the braised beef was. I will be trying my best to come back here soon, because the only downside to this place is not having it closer to home
