Best Manager and Cashier ever. Have eaten 2 times before last visit always good and clean. Saw add on TV for Fish&Fries looked really good so went and ordered 3 piece meal wasn’t even close to what Arby’s advertised 3small pieces of fish and fries for over $10.00 fish barley cooked and tasted like doe! Won’t order fish again!

Coming from out of town to shop and have lunch, I don’t want to eat in my car because you never have the lobby open. It can’t be that difficult to wipe off tables so customers can enjoy the food inside. Love Arby’s food, but customer satisfaction needs consideration.

Food is great. However every time I go, their shake machine is always broken or if I call before placing my mobile order I am informed that they are still waiting on their new shake machine. Why put new shakes on the menu if the shake machine is always broken? Other than that I have no complaints, staff is nice and the food is always delicious.

the service at this arbys is unmatched by any other fast food chain in bozeman, y’all are so nice and so fast. i have had a sandwich forgotten before but no other problems since then. i’m sure if anyone has bad customer service here they are probably already coming in with an attitude so forget those losers.

Doors to inside are always locked. Never open to customers and the drive thru takes forever just for them to get your food wrong half the time or just poorly made. Do not recommend going here

Most arbys I’ve been to have food. This one is usually out of food. Last two visits no roast beef, no mozzarella sticks. Asked for a shake too and got laughed at. Might have been an awkward laugh because they were out of everything I asked for that day. I won’t be back again.
