I live in Macon and we came through Moberly to get some chicken…we got our chicken home our corn looked dark and old are chicken was so so mashed potatoes were bland and our biscuits we could have used for hockey pucks. My momma loved KFC and was one of her favorite places to eat. Sadly we lost her in 2021.. she liked everything fresh and good if not she would not eat it. So my values are the same as my mom’s we have not been back nor will we go back to this place. I worked in customer service for over 20 years and u go above and beyond to make the expectations a great experience. My bill was 49.96 and it was even worth 5 dollars. So I hope their present and future customers get better food and service

I love the taste of Kentucky Fried Chicken but buying an 8 piece bucket is the wrong way to go It is $22 and you can buy a 2 piece snack for $5 and 50 cents and you get one side a biscuit a cookie and a drink now how does that even out never ever again will that happen. Just to let you know. Buy 4 2 piece snacks for the better deal.

After buying a 16pcs meal and 12pcs tenders and paying close to $70, we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Didn’t have a problem with the wait time, even told them “not a problem, take your time.”. After the long wait time the worker giving us our food, basically pushed the bags at us while saying “here’s your food”, almost tipping the bags of food over. Still not a problem, everyone is allowed to have a bad day and maybe this was hers. Now, imagine how LIVID you’d be when opening up the food when you get home and seeing your 16pcs so greesy that the box is almost leaking greese and the original crust chicken is too greesy for the breading to stay on. Then you open the 12pcs tenders and they look like they have been ripped apart and thrown into the box and to top it all off when you try to pull the box of tenders out of the bag to snap a picture of it to show management, the entire bottom of the box falls through dumping all the tenders on the floor. That’s the service that you will receive at this KFC location in Moberly, MO. Here are some pictures to help you understand if you for some reason do not already. I went through the drive-thru tonight at KFC and I have to say Bravo to the young man that took my order and was so polite and kind he was a blessing tonight smiled very courteous when i got to the window ..we need more young men like that working in Moberly .. young man you provuded excellent customer service and made my night after being at work for 10 hours thank you

This probably doesn’t have anything to do with the restaurant it’s self. But the help that this place has hired is the product of this town. Rude, disgusting, hateful people. When I drove up to the window to pick up my order, the girl working was wearing a hoodie from a different restaurant in town. I knew then that this wasn’t going to go well. I ask for sauce and she flat out says no. No sorry we’re out. No can I get you something different. Just no. You guessed it. My order was nothing that I had ordered. It’s better off you just drive up throw a $20 in the window and they just give you what they feel like. If you’re driving through Moberly and want to stop and eat. Keep driving. This town is a pit of misery.
