Shake shake has lost its pizazz. There is nothing special about it anymore. The food isn’t that great and just average. The fries taste frozen and the burgers are dry. No thanks for a $20 burger.

I been to this location a few times. Most recently I got some lunch to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries on the app. It took a few minutes before my food was ready even though it said it would be ready 15 minutes prior to my arriving. They moved pretty quickly even though the place was crowded and there was a lot of people waiting for food. They didn’t provide any condiments and I had to wait for them to get them.The food was hot and tasty. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and yummy.

First time trying Shake Shake and thought their smashed patties burger was super salty. Customer service is terrible here because the cashier is hella rude. In-N-Out in California is so much better in terms of freshness and friendlier customer service. I will not be back at this Shake Shack location when visiting Brooklyn, New York.

So I had shake shack twice. The first time I tried it, it was honestly good. It was overpriced for my taste but my friend treated me that day. My second time trying it I got two burgers, chicken bites and a drink. The burgers was the $6.99 ones. First of all the whole meal was salty. They probably changed chefs or someone dont know what they were doing. I literally struggled to finish the meal. The chicken bites was salty and small for $5 and change. I was going to take it back to them but I said forget it I don’t like conflict. I was even going to give it to a homless man outside because I thought he would enjoy it. This was my second and last time here.

After the clubhouse loud music you might be able to appreciate the good food here menu here was a bit confusing or hard difficult to decipher. Little on shakes and big emphasis on burgers. The staff all seemed be working in a collaborative team effort. Customers around me seemd tolerant of.the wait while delivery drivers were on a mission and displayed an on edge attitude. I expected more fr.the shake selection.
