I love chipotle but this location needs improving. They are out a lot of items especially veggies and I am a vegetarian therefore I was forced to get sofritas but they would not honor free guacamole since it was not a veggie bowl. It is not my fault you ran out of veggie, the manager should have honored this request!

Do not come here. About half the time I show up they are out of an item. Instead of printing out a sign and sticking it to the door, you wait in line just to be told they don’t have an item. Frequently it is Guacamole but tonight it was shredded cheese.

Every time I come here they are out of something. Today 8/27/23 they are out of queso blanco and guacamole. This is ridiculous!!! Management needs to get it together asap! The lady in front of me said last time she was here they were out of guacamole as well. Get it together guys!!!!!

So I stand in line 10 minutes or more, get the counter and order the Sofrita Taco’s, they had enough meat for maybe 1 & 1/2 tacos I asked if they could get more meat & the girl says at 5:00 pm we don’t have any..I’m like well can u go see she walks to the other side of the counter comes back and says no, instead of asking the cook or people in the back, it was just NO..this is the 3rd time I’ve come to this Chipotle and been disappointed with not only the service but the quality of the food. The Sofritas that were there were so DRY it was unbelievable, the food counter was messy(per usual) And the Nonchalant i really don’t give a dam* attitude was there so instead of asking for a manager I had just had enough & left…NEVER AGAIN…this place needs to be closed. Every single time I come in they are out of guac or veggies …. Whether it’s morning , lunch or dinner they seem to always be out of the main stuff I like . Yes ; there has been maybe 1-2 times they’ve had it available but majority of the time …. It’s either gone or low . And when it’s low , they give the SMALLEST portions !! They really need better inventory control ….

They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS!!! Out of something. It’s pretty ridiculous. I spoke to the manager. She said sorry. I told this is a frequent occurrence. She said sorry. So, I’m sure it’s NOT going to change anytime soon.
