Messed up order 2 weeks ago. Returned to make it right, had no record of the redo. Manager told emplotee he was too busy to deal with customers. Employee said correcting the redo isn’t there problem. Should have listen to my employers advice. This is a bad pizzahut. They don’t care about customers at all, pizza I ordered was thrown away, good job on wasting product,potential revenue

I just ordered 90 dollars worth of wings and got all but 3 drumsticks. Then call to complain and was told i was a liar and they know we got equal amounts. . . I still have the order, the boneless were fine but the traditional pretty much sucked!

About what you’d expect from Pizza Hut; affordable, and on demand. Can’t say i’ve had any bad experiences with this one, and i’ve had takeout multiple times from this place. Please tip, everytime I come to pick up, they’re always busy and working hard!

Took my husband for his birthday dinner, he was bummed at no beer with his pizza, employees didn’t seem to want to be there. Not rude but not friendly or welcoming. No tip due to that and she didn’t bring me a pen to fill out receipt. Just dropped it in front of me and ran off. Not sure they would have got a tip anyway. Tip is due for good service. We got our drinks, got our food, that was about it.

This place is trash. horrible customer service when they actually have someone working. have not ordered here in over a year cause they suck so bad decided to give it another try yup still trash whoever owns this place just give it up and let someone who knows what they are doing take over cause you are trash as well.
