I never fails that this Jack in the box is somehow always close or just can’t place an order after 9 pm when there hours say 24 hours. I feel the business here is just ran by lazy management, and doesn’t hold up to the standard of the brand. I wanted to eat jack and the box maybe 4 times this year, 4 out of 4 I haven’t been even able to place and order. Somebody from corporate needs to look into the night shift of this location.

I will never return to this location. If I could rate a 0 I would. I placed a mobile order, that went smooth. There was an eta of 7-9 minutes. I arrived approximately in about 6. Upon arrival I saw a young man walking out an order. I proceeded inside to the register. I only saw 1 other worker a young female. The same young man entered the restaurant and proceeded back behind the counter. He looked at me and “Can I help you”! There was no sense of friendliness,a smile, a greeting! Absolutely nothing! I told him I was in for a pick up order. He said “name”! I told him. He went and grabbed the bag, then walked back over to me. And held his hand out with the bag. Before I grabbed it, I said can please have some ranch. He looked at me and said ranch?! I said yes. He said how many? I said two. He threw two in the bag and gave it to me, and I left. The food was cold,sloppy and prepared wrong. I will never return to this location again. This was a horrible experience!

First off, I’m never to give any bad reviews ever but this is probably the 3rd time I’ve attempted to go to this location through the drive through at approximately 9PM at night and they tell me they are closed. Jack in the box’s website says it’s supposed to be open till midnight (drive through to 4am) along with google saying they are open. I get the economy is in a mess right now but this is kind of ridiculous. To me I take this as the employees who are currently employees are lazy and tell their customers they are closed to cheap the company they work for for an easy buck. I call out to Jack in the Box as a whole to check the standard they put forth to their employees or simple put STOP ADVERTISING YOU’RE OPEN WHEN YOU’RE NOT.
