I ordered online. I was so disappointed with the food. I mean they put brown guacamole on my bowl. Why even put it on there if it’s bad already. Plus they charge a lot for the guacamole. I am never coming here again

Chicken Al Pastor and Barbacoa (beef) have the most flavor amoung the available choices for meat. I like to ask for a “burrito bowl” with “double rice” (white or brown), “double beans” (black or pinto) and “vegetables all at no extra charge. If I’m in a mood to splurge, I will get sour cream, cheese and guacamole (very good for a chain restaurant) and I also recommend the corn salsa that includes white corn and diced jalapeños.

I have been coming here twice a day 5 days a week for the past month and for the past few days the chicken seems to have been more burnt and the rice is really hard and some of the employees dont leave my burrito tortillas in the warmer long enough, so the tortilla isnt as soft. I wont be going here anymore after 4 bad meals.

I feel like people must be going to a different Chipotle than the one on Power and McDowell? I have always had great food at this location. I always go there late and they always have everything I want or need. The one time a had the smallest issue, the manager Chris fixed it immediately and even gave us a free upgrade from chicken to steak, just to make sure we were happy with our meal.

i used to work at this chipotle almost a year ago and i regret it. first off, they are normally rude and disrespectful to there customers on purpose. the management has never cared about the customers and there complaints. they don’t care about customers only about themselves and there money and tips. another thing is that management doesn’t care in there employees and rather keep them working up front so they can just do whatever they want in the back. never working at this chipotle again. very unprofessional in my opinion

I originally ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito, however I ended up with 2 burrito bowls. I really missed my tortilla and I had way too much lettuce and sour cream. It was more of a salad than a burrito. We called about the issue and the Manager Chris (I believe it’s his name) promised that he would make it right. We came back 5 days later and the manager (Chris) definitely made things right times 5. They were the best burritos ever. Sometimes we need to give these restaurants a chance, especially if they have young staff. Young people need time to learn and adjust, but Chris made everything right and restored my faith in Chipotle. He definitely deserves a raise. It’s because of him that I am leaving a good review versus a negative one. I only leave 5 star or 1 star reviews and this place definitely earned a 5 star review with me.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Ordered through mobile app a few times and each time I got HALF of the portion I get when I order in the restaurant. I even ordered Double chicken and was maybe 1 scoop. Not sure if it’s the same at all locations doing that, but it’s a waste of money. If you choose to eat at Chipotle, order INSIDE to actually get the appropriate portion size.

Worst Chipotle Location ever!! Do not come to this place unless if you don’t mind very rude Employees! The first time that I went to this place was weird. I was there like 5 minutes early before they opened! I was waiting right next to the door and one of the employees said “We will be open in 10 minutes” okay I didn’t mind but the second another employee said We will be open in 20 minutes even though it has already has been past there opening time!! Really!! Do these employees know how to tell time?? Second time that I went here, I was given the wrong bowl!! I said “Brown Rice, they give me white rice, I said Regular Chicken, they gave me spicy chicken! They acted Like I didn’t know how to speak English!! Anyway I can go on and on! Basically worst Chipotle Location ever!!

So disappointed in our order received. They forgot to put the chicken al pastor on my burrito bowl. They forgot to put salsa on my sons tacos. They ran out of small tortillas and didn’t even start our order until I got there to see if I wanted to cancel the whole order.

What a waste of money. I went here to get take out for the Wife and I. The different types of Meat all looked like it they had been out all day and never stirred, replaced or renewed. The Barbacoa was the only meat that looked good but only because it was covered in sauce so you had to guess or try your luck. I tried my luck and it was the smart choice. The Queso looked like warmed over thick cream. The other toppings looked ok. After paying for my food, $35 for a Burrito, A Bowl and 2 Large chips, I had the great pleasure of trying to walk out through the grease slide that started at the cash register and ended at the entrance. Makes you wonder how much pride and care they put into the food when they can’t keep the floors clean. Also made me understand why the different selections of Meat looked bad, No Pride or care. Once outside the store, I had to find an area to drag my feet through the dirt so I could get the grease off my shoes. I went home and tried to enjoy my meal. I didn’t. The Chips tasted like old stale grease and had no salt or the hint on lime on them. The Bowl was ok, I only ate about a quarter of it and the Queso coated my mouth and now an hour later, I’m belching it up. The Burrito was also ok, but it’s really hard to screw one up. Never again will I waste my time or money to eat at this Chipotle or any other location. And Yes, I could have taken everything back and complained, but I really didn’t want to take another chance of trying to walk through their Grease Slide. It’s time to start going back to Taco Bell or drive the 45 minutes to Qdoba in Phoenix.
