This place was great! I don’t know why it has so many one-star reviews. The food was good, good prices ($8.75 per pound), rice was only a dollar more, the food was fresh and good, and service was kind and helpful. Could have been a little cleaner, and there was only one person working there, so I can see how it would get backed up.

DO NOT GO HERE. First of all the employee/owner isn’t welcoming at all. They have you wear gloves and don’t have much veggies to choose from. When you get to the point where you want to add sauce.. they only let you serve yourself 2 scoops of it. That’s not the worst part if you want to add your meat they hide behind the restaurant. The amount of meat you get is what you see in my picture. He yelled at me because I was going get rice noodles. JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

My mother and I went to this place and the older guy working there charged me and didn’t give me the food. He was really aggressive yelling at me and threw a plate at me and wouldn’t give me my money back. I called the police. The police officer said they had issues with him very often. They could not make him give me my money back and the guy knew he could get away with it and that is why he does it all the time. Don’t go here, this place is awful!

I didn’t read the reviews before entering this disgusting place of business. My shoes kept sticking to the floor it definitely doesn’t look like they would pass certain health codes and the vegetables looked very old. 2 small bowls of food with a couple flat sodas for $35. The gentleman running the grill was not very pleasant. I would avoid eating here it didn’t taste good either.

As someone who grew up in Yakima and absolutely loves the Mongolian grill there at Union Gap Mall, this place was a huge disappointment. No instructions to know what sauces to add, the owners are rude and tell you not to fill your bowl up all the way, and the food was disgusting. It tasted like dirty old food and an unclean grill. It had this smell that made me sick even after being cooked. I paid $13 for a bowl, ate one bite and threw the rest in the garbage. I went to McDonald’s instead.

The food wasn’t great. My daughters was under cooked, they guy in front of us accidentally grabbed my food started eating it let myself and the owner know. They wouldn’t replace my food so the poor guy ended up buying me a new one. He was un helpful and couldn’t even seem to keep our orders in the same party straight. Do not go here if it is busy. He didn’t even cook my replacement order fully and I ended up getting a stomachache from the little bit I ate.

I can’t even begin to explain how terrible the service was. I have never seen such poor service in MY LIFE. The lady paid little to no attention to what I was asking her. She was very rude. Then the cook, denied any of my special requests. I asked for no butter, and for my food to not touch the meat. Well he put them right next to each other and started cooking them together with the same spatulas. After that, the lady started getting aggressive and started yelling at us to get out. I feel really bad for putting this out there but I feel like if I don’t write this, another customer might have the same experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Not ADA compliant! Owner/employee kept yelling at us, my dad was trying to assist me as I am deaf and read lips with the masks (and he was paying for me), and the owner kept yelling him to leave. Besides the obvious discrimination, there was not many options for noodles, veggies or meat nor adequate instructions how to make the bowls. You only could add two scoops of sauce (you don’t see the signs until the end) which was barely anything, so the food was sub-par and expensive. Once you grab a bowl, you had to pay for it. Otherwise had I known how bad the service or food would be, I would’ve not even come in.
