Asked for a single with no cheese. Girl repeated it correctly. Couldn’t see the screen because it was covered with a “closing at 7 notice”. Guy at the window tried to verify my order and I told him he was incorrect. I didn’t want cheese. I ended up with a double burger with 3 slices of cheese. 2 of the smallest patties I’ve ever seen. I can’t eat cheese and I Couldn’t get it off very well as you can see. Fries were old.

I ordered ahead in the app a large chocolate frosty. When I got there they were all out of chocolate and had to refund my money. The time before that they were out of chili and pickles said they refunded the money back to my card and I never received a refund. And the time before that I ordered like 6 coupon books for frostys ,Halloween I think, from the drive through and didn’t ever get them. I emailed customer support and got nothing resolved. Also, every time I look through the drive through window the place is filthy dirty and the employees are dressed in dirty baggy clothing.

At least we got something. So we ordered two chicken sandwiches with since chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. What we got was a jr cheeseburger a basic chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. And it was a long process in order to get a receipt. This after requiring everyone to order from a kiosk because they said they were to busy to take orders. We unfortunately didn’t check our food until we had left. Talk about bad customer service. I have it two stars because we’ll is fast food so the bar is a lot lower.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve been in the industry for 10 year. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. My order was taken incorrectly and therefor made incorrectly. I was not offered a receipt. My bag was tossed in my car window at me and the window to the store was slammed shut. My food is luke warm, obviously old. And the manager wouldn’t even talk to me. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Was told I had a job here. I put my two weeks in and was taken off my employers schedule. On the day of my paperwork I was told that they person who conducted my interview was just a kitchen manager and that the title and wage I was told was incorrect. I explained that I really needed that wage and texted the person whom conducted my interview and they said the District Manager was the one who told him the wage/tile of Crew trainer. Now I’m out of a job thanks Wendy’s. I was told the DM would be reaching out still has yet to happen.

Drive thru experience was terrible. Not only is leaving the drive thru is a mess, but the killer was the person working the window. Completely rude, and short. I wasn’t a difficult customer that would justify the attitude. Very impatient and I came to the window what I needed. I left feeling like I personally harmed this person in some way.

Just got my food and was sitting down eating chicken nuggets and fries. I got down to the last nugget and my mouth was on fire, and now my stomach is not happy about it. I never order spice nuggets because of my stomach doesn’t like spicy. I have a medical issue with my stomach where I have to be careful on spicy food. Other than that the rest of the food was good. The employees need to be a lot more careful. There are people out there that are allergic to spicy seasonings and stuff, and end up in the hospital because of it.
