We ordered the Fish Sandwich and they cooked it fresh for us. The customer service was okay but they aren’t naturally friendly. The fries were not fresh and they had a ton of oil in them like they were refried.

Just got back from getting Arby’s, was told to pull forward their was a wait on an adult 9 piece nugget, we pulled forward a lady brought us our food said it was all in there and sorry for our wait. Glanced in the bag saw the 3 fries on top, believed the lady, got home and the nugget meal was NOT in the bag. They won’t answer the phone, by the time I get back up there they will be closed, at this point I want my money back!!!!! Had they not being talking and been more professional I would have had the food I PAID FOR! Everyone in this world wants what they paid for! This is ridiculous! If you don’t want to work and do your job go home so someone that wants to work can!

Fries were hard and old. Sandwich wasn’t as good as other Arby’s. I was so disappointed in the Arby’s brand. This is the worst I can remember seeing an Arby’s chain being. Would not recommend this place until it gets changed. It seemed like the workers didn’t smile and didn’t even talk to the customer if at all.

Food was cold and old. Chicken slider was dry seemed to have been microwaved or re heated. Mozzarella sticks were not even warm. I came thru drive thru and did not have time to go back, threw on garbage.

I dont know why arbys gets so much hate, I love their fish and chicken sandwiches, and my all time favorite is their Greek gyro, and their venison when they have it on the menu is amazing. This location especially is always a 9 or 10 out of 10 for me.

Ate at this Arby’s yesterday (2/3/2023), got a roast beef half pounder meal, drink was flat, fries were old, now I have food poisoning after. Didn’t eat anything but pineapple later in the day. Pineapple was fine because I had some the last few days prior and so did my brother who didn’t get any kind of food poisoning so that leaves something from this Arby’s being the only culprit. Will not eat here ever again.
