I got the loaded bowl with steak, sour cream, and surcheros sauce and my husband got the steak burrito. The food was delicious! The steak was good and tender with great flavor. The loaded bowl was very good. The side of chips was good and crispy. Customer service was very good and we placed our order online. Our food was freshly made and ready for pickup when my husband arrived. We highly recommend Surcheros in Blackshear for great food and service!

My husband and I always do online orders with this surcheros. Here lately the food has been getting more and more ridiculous. For the price, there is not a lot of food. I ordered two tacos and I kid you not these tacos were so poor. They had about a teaspoon amount of meat on them. The shell tasted old. And if you order a large cheese dip it does not come with chips. You have to order them separately. I highly recommend going to Locos instead.

My sister-in-law and I just stopped by on our way through Blackshear. We had never heard of a Surcheros, but let me just say it did not disappoint. We got their salads the the shells were perfect. The young woman and the young man who made are food were very sweet and engaging. Definitely will be stopping back by Surcheros next time we go through town.

I’ve eaten at a few different Surchero’s in different towns, this is one of my favorites. Workers were nice, even walked by to ask us if we needed anything. Speed of preparation is a bit faster than others I’ve visited. Would recommend.

I don’t usually complain but I ordered on line through the drive thru. It said it would be ready at 12:30 I got there and sat there for 30 mins and no one came to the window. I had to walk inside in my pjs and they were just standing around talking. My food was cold and I wasn’t happy.

This has got to be the worst place to spend your money. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to Waycross just because these people do not know how to fill a burrito bowl. Just got a burrito bowl from blackshear and they tried to put HALF a scoop of meat and when I asked for more they tried charging for extra. BUT THEY DIDNT FILL THE SPOON UP TO BEGIN WITH. The skimping doesn’t stop with the meat it’s the whole bowl. If you don’t say anything to these people they will feed you a kids meal for the price of an adult burrito bowl. It’s not like the price of food comes out of their paycheck they can give what we pay for. On top of that, today the cilantro is yellow and brown like they don’t pick out the bad leafs. They have however decided to change the nacho bowls..They now say only drinks with unlimited chips and you now have to pay for cheese!!!!… no one ever said that and not seeing any changes on the board.. This is when you order a Nacho Bowl and ask for the chips and cheese on the side. We was told whilst eating in by the store manager. For the last year unless something has changed everytime I have been taken there it has been free refill Nachos and chips whilst you eat in

Back to filling this bowl not even half full. $15 for less than half a bowl is horrible. I paid for extra meat, and put in the notes n asked for generous toppings. So disappointed.
