The BEST location for your baby shower. Wow, Danielle and her team went above and beyond for our shower. The entire process from booking the restaurant, to choosing menu items, asking questions, etc. was seamless and so easy. I’ve planned events before and this was the easiest event I’ve ever planned. My mom and I were blown away by everything. The food was also INCREDIBLE, our guests were raving about everything that was provided. (If you didn’t know they have the best sweet potato fries ever btw). The staff was incredible as well, making sure no mimosa or drink went unfilled. The bartender even made me the most delicious mocktail! Overall, we are so thankful to have worked with J.Corks for our shower and we cannot wait to visit for dinner soon!! Thank you for making my day so special!

Well worth the money! I enjoyed everything that was ordered during my meal out with my family. We ordered the dry rub wings, ahi tuna tartar, and nachos for appetizers all of which were amazing! We ordered an extra serving of the wings, because they were so good. I ordered the crab cakes, they were by far one of the best crab cakes that I’ve ever had; Almost no filling and every cut you could see they crab. This restaurant is pricey, but if you’re looking for quality food it’s worth the price.

J Rooks is an amazing restaurant in every respect. My wife and I were passing through and we stopped for dinner. Janet and the staff were amazing, and the food was far better than I would have expected to find in a mill town Pittsburgh exurb. In particular, the calamari was the best we’ve had in our lives.

Our party of eight had lunch on the patio. We were the only ones seated outside. The food and service were … good but not stellar. The lunch menu excluded entrees (mostly sandwiches) and over half of that menu was devoted to drinks. We had dinner there about 2 years ago (pre-covid) and our experience at that time was superior to this one. This lunch-time visit was average to above average in our collective opinions, on a par with many of the more common national chain restaurants.
