I’m going to explain why I gave this location two (2) stars for atmosphere but first I am going review the sandwiches . My wife and I stopped in to have a little lunch together and just spend some quality time with one another. I ordered a 2 for ten Ruben and my wife ordered a double roast beef with fries and we were helped by one of the nicest employees you will meet. When we started to order our food, the supervisor/ manager literally belted out (raising her voice ), at this young employee asking if they had checked on an item in the fryer and they politely responded that they were attending to a customer at the register ‘us’ and very apologetic. The manager decided that she was just going to make them feel bad and embarrass them in front of my wife, me and other customers!!. Now this young employee was doing triple duty already and it would have been common sense to just look at what the employee was doing and go handle things herself, but she didn’t!! The young employee just stayed professional, very courteous and handled the situation As for the manager, she needs to learn how to talk better to her employees and not make them feel bad in the public eye!.. the food was great and the service was great as well, but the manager is what took the enjoyment out of sitting down to eat.

Went thru drive thru for a Arbys Roast Beef &Swiss the bread tasted old and the sandwich was nasty old beef this made it uneatable I tried multiple times to call mgmt no one answered the phone the time was approximate 8:00 pm. I will bring the sandwich back tomorrow for a refund. I have had Arbys before other locations always Good! I am upset this was my dinner tonight. So no dinner.

First time being to this location. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean, as well as the condiment area. My Buffalo sliders had barely any sauce on them compared to other locations. But overall, good experience.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Oliver helped me with my drive thru and the guy was about as polite as possible…. in a culture full of people being rude to eachother, this guy was like a light on a hill somewhere. Don’t lose that kid, he’s got a great attitude.

Summary: go to any Arby’s other than this one. This is THE worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I deliver for a mobile order company and have been to just about every restaurant on the Vegas west side as well as all of Phoenix AZ (I’m not talking just Arby’s, I mean every restaurant of any type) and this location is one of the absolute worst restaurants overall that a person can go to anywhere.

Their beef and cheddar was good and I love their curly fries! I ordered a pecan chicken sandwich (not pictured) a few days later, and it was very bland and didn’t have enough chicken sale to make it all the way to the edges of the bread. Very disappointing.
