3 different times I’ve ordered grilled or toasted sandwiches, and I receive warmed bread instead for my sandwiches. Not sure if their machines are faulty or whoever is doing sandwiches doesn’t know how to use the machine but it’s bad. Don’t get sandwiches here.

Always get order wrong. Just went there ate hash browns on way home and they were under cooked the potato tasted raw. Get home to enjoy my sausage egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me Turkey sausage…I’m okay with trying to be healthy but I don’t enjoy the taste of their Turkey sausage and it’s a different shape than regular sausage so how hard is it to differentiate the two and make the order correctly?

Not sure why the website says they’re open till 9:00 and then delivery stops at 7:30 The lady at the counter said they close at 7:30 I asked to order two drinks at 7:25 obviously she wasn’t interested in earning any money for the owner at this time the manager should look into this

Very understaffed and I personally believe they haven’t been properly trained because the drink variety is too much beyond regular coffee for this staff! They consistently can’t make Signature Lattes, Iced Mochas and any other “complicated drink”. Wait times are horrendous and I imagine the 2 person staff is so cold and unfriendly due to being overworked! Please help these people, they’re trying there best, they need to be retrained at the very least!

DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been going to Dunkins twice a day for 6 or 7 yrs, and this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. If they don’t screw up your order (half the time), they’ll fill the whole cup up with ice (see pic). The last time I went there (and the last time I’ll ever got there), they took 22 minutes to make my coffee/sandwich, and I was the only one in the drive thru

They gave me hot chocolate and it looked like it had spilled on the floor, up and lid were dirty. It was disgusting, I was in drive-thru so I went in to complain, the kid in the asked what do you want? I asked for a new cup because it was gross using the one he gave me.

This is the slowest Dunkin’ location I ever visited. It took them forever to process the drive through order, and when I was finally able to get the order, they forgot to put 1 of the items in the bag. I am glad I checked. When I pointed out the item (muffin) was missing, they gave it to me with no apologies. No napkins were given with the order. The worst DD I ever visited. They seem to be VERY disorganized.
