First off—best customer service in Pearland. I’ve been here maybe four times over the last 2 months and both the service and cleanliness is consistently top notch. The lady visit I ordered nachos; they were delicious. We also got a kid’s quesadilla which is free on Sunday’s. Try the brownies if they’re available.

It was originally a 5 star for me but now it is no stars. Food was below average, service was lacking and atmosphere was welcoming. Then after being serviced Chipotle (miniscule) sized portions for my order of numerous items; while eating a large roach comes out and starts making its way around the restaurant. Crawling around the fountain drink station and making his way towards the kitchen. Patrons walking in saw this and walked right out and my family of course were disgusted and did not want to get a refill on our fountain drinks. This is very unacceptable and a place I will not be going again. I want my $80 back!!!

Maybe I haven’t been in a while but the quality seems to have suffered. We went for the bogo steak burrito which was a great deal. The amount of steak seems to have dropped a lot and by adding queso and quad my burrito was all of a sudden $13.99. Still, easy, quality meal and the free one was great.

It’s been 4 years since I’ve been to Freebirds. Their food used to be so good. Sadly, that was not my experience today. Paid almost $15 for 2 mediocre chicken tacos, a drink, handful of semi-stale chips, and a tiny container of watery bland queso. Didn’t even finish my meal. Eating out costs too much to waste it on bad food. The only positive was the employees. They were friendly and professional.
