Came in shortly before closing and they were slammed. Both team members had great attitudes and provided excellent customer service even though we kept them a bit after closing. Precious and Will were very pleasant to deal with and the food they made turned out awesome. Will is usually here when I come in and always has a great attitude and is more than happy to answer questions or explain menu options. Definitely one of my new favorite places to eat. Thanks guys!

our first time in, and everything was AMAZING. we got cheese fries and a pork steam bun. the fries were fabulous, and the steam bun had this yummy sweet kick to it! I got the traditional Philly cheesesteak that was 10/10 while my husband got the customer favorite rice bowl. literally everything there was 10/10. the service was immaculate as well. will definitely be returning!

I’ve eaten here several times and have yet to be dissatisfied. The classic Philly is my favorite, my son really likes the kimchi cheese steak. The cheese fries are fantastic, crispy and delicious. The girl at the counter is so friendly and is always willing to help and offer a suggestion if you need it. One of my favorite places.

BEST cheese steak in Spokane! They have EVERY topping you could ask for and so many other amazing items to choose from. Literally a hidden gem in Spokane that I feel blessed with every time I visit. From the customer service to the food, they deserve more than 5 Stars however that’s all I’m limited to give. Their Philly cheese steak sandwiches are a joke, absolutely the worst I have ever eaten. The service was fine, as far as atmosphere goes forget it. If you want a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich go to Bruchi’s or in Montana The Pickle Barrel.

First time there, as soon as you walked in you just wanted to eat. It smelled delicious! We got the customer favorite minus the bacon, and two regular phillies fried and onion rings. Everything was on point highly recommend. I’m excited to try their rice bowls next. 🙂 the cooks were super friendly and helpful if you needed assistance with the tablet to make your order.

Oh. My. God. This is the best food I have had in a long time. The food is all made to order on their grill and mixed together while cooking, so it’s all cohesive instead of individual layered ingredients. The rice bowl is packed full and is very filling, and the sandwich is delicious as well. And the FRIES. Easily the best fries in town. Well seasoned, with a very distinct crunch and yet fluffy and buttery. Worth the visit just for the fries. We paid $24 for fries, a rice bowl, and a sandwich, plus tip. Absolutely amazing, I will be eating here frequently for sure!

Came in 15 mins before close after a long day just wanting a hot meal and not feeling up to cooking. The gentleman closing tonight was by himself because a coworker left early. He had a great attitude and didn’t make us feel as though we were “past the buzzer” or bothering him by coming in so close to closing. Food was excellent as well, I had the new western BBQ philly and quite enjoyed it. As a prior service industry worker I understand it can be frustrating when customers come in so close to closing; thanks for still providing us with excellent customer service and great food
