If you’re looking for a clean and well kept Starbucks DO NOT COME to this location. There were so many flies swarming the service station and an insane amount in the display case. The floors were littered with trash, tables were heavily sprinkled in crumbs and the trash was overflowing. I didn’t order a drink because it was so gross but my friends who ordered said their drinks were fine but hastily made. Their cups were sticky with cross contaminated syrups from other orders. We ordered inside but the drive through line was insane.

Went here through the drive-thru and received great service. The line is always crazy long, but they definitely have adapted and offer fast service. This location’s drive through is so painfully slow. After waiting for 30 minutes in line (no exaggeration), my drink wasn’t even ready by the time I got to the window so I had to wait another 5 minutes for that. I ordered a sandwich and it was hard as a rock, dry, and had next to nothing inside two freezer burnt pieces of bread. The drinks were fine but $18 for a disgusting sandwich, a small espresso drink and a cake pop for my daughter was super disappointing. There are a few other locations around Madison that are run very well and I think this location could benefit from visiting them.

It took 25 minutes for the five cars in front of us to get through the drive through. By the time we got our drinks, they’d clearly been sitting for 20 minutes. One of the drinks didn’t have a premium topping we paid for (a problem we’ve had before). Our dessert item was stacked between two hot sandwiches, so was melted.

I am upset that this is the most convenient Starbucks by me. I have tried the drive thru, inside, and ordering my drink through the app. It is by far the slowest location in all areas. Drive thru takes FOREVER and you have to commit to the wait if you get in the line since there is no way of getting out of it. They don’t ever have my drinks ready when I order on the app either. Or they only made one of the two drinks I ordered & I have to end up asking where the other one is. I’ve had enough & will not be giving this establishment any more chances to let me down especially when I’m on a time frame with a baby in the car.

If you are looking for a clean, fast, consistent Starbucks, this is not the location. The drive through is always long and slow and the inside looks like they haven’t swept/mopped in days. I would say “well at least I got my coffee” but they didn’t even get that right either. They also put my egg bites in an oatmeal container and were out of the syrup I requested. Something tells me this Starbucks is lacking both management and staff (or proper staff training). Hopefully it will be better in the future
