Made me wait till 525 for a 515 pick up and then when I noticed the pepperonis were missing, instead of remaking it they dug through the pizza with tongs Insisting the pepperonis were under the cheese. Once they realized there were no pepperonis, they didn’t have my new pizza until 545. I had my young child with me too in that got place. When I asked for a refund I was told I could only get a partial refund or else I would have to return all the pizzas. When I got home to complain, the male employee pretended to be the manager and then admitted he wasn’t. And then said I was able to get a full refund. If I drove back there.

I didn’t want to write this, but I’m still sick over it. Have you ever opened a fridge that hasn’t been used for a long time? Like when you move to a new place? Or opened an ice chest that hasn’t been used since last summer? Well I ordered a ‘the works ‘ pizza with parmesan crust, and the dough tasted just like that moldy fridge smell. I thought, “maybe it’s the parmesan dough”, and gave it another try. Toppings tasted fine, but no, the fridge taste was DEEP. I imagine their walk-in is disgusting, and I got the dough that was on the very bottom of the stack. Ended up throwing up the half slice I mistakenly ate, and am currently still vomiting. I didn’t want to write this, as I’ve worked in food industry, and it’s unforgiving most of the time, but this is a cleanliness issue, and food needs to be handled in a clean environment. They did give me a refund, but for a company who’s slogan starts with “better ingredients”, I can’t believe a $30 pizza would be this nauseating.

Very very small overpriced pizzas. Payed $26.93 for an XL spinach alfredo pizza, and got a regular size pizza with cheese and tomatoes. About the same as a $5 pizza from Little Cesar’s, just with spinach instead of pepperoni.

I am happy order was ready “fast.” However received over cooked, dried out, cold, crispy, bland bread sticks and stuff crust pizza. I never knew it was possible to have BAD Papa Johns Pizza. Would not recommend this location. Too upset and annoyed to go back and return items.
