Walk in to get hot and ready. Of course they’re not ready like always. Try to order two pizzas breadsticks. I asked for extra sauce on both of my pizzas like I always do when I’m ordering them Crush. just a little extra so it did not get burned on the thin crust. The manager Jacqueline flat out told me no she cannot do that and will not do that. Poor customer service will never come back. This location is notorious for having poor poor customer service and never having hot and ready.

Okay, today I ordered three pizzas, all with extra cheese. One had pepperoni. Did I get that? No, I go just regular cheese pizzas. The pepperoni one berly had any. I used to work for this establishment, and there was a sense of reading the order, making sure the order was done right. Checking it twice. I feel whoever trained them wasn’t as hard as they should have been with their employees on work ethics.

The food is a decent deal nothing special but when you have a bunch a kids messing around and having me wait 30 extra minutes on my order. It becomes a bad deal. Not just that the kid with curly hair offered me free bread sticks or something to compensate for my time but then acted like he didnt when i came back 30 minutes later he said hes not allowed to do that so i said why did he offer then ? So ridiculous

It doesn’t make any sense that even when you order and pay online, after waiting almost 30 minutes for your order to be ready, you have to stand in a long line and wait even longer. Even people who have just placed their order get their pizza before you.

I ordered my pizza online. I ordered a deep dish pizza supreme. I was very disappointed in my pizza. I didn’t check it before I left because normally I’ve never had any problems but when I got home my pizza was raw I was pretty upset to the point where I didn’t even want to go back. I left a message on the other site, I went on Wednesday. I picked up my pizza around 340. I just think it’s pretty sad that after all that money I spent I didn’t get to enjoy my pizza.

Really think about ordering from here… I ordered one Extra-most best pepperoni.. Waited over an hour and then was told my pizza was given to someone else… There reason…A worker told me they cannot tell the difference between A regular Hot-n-ready and An Extra-most best pepperoni, which asks the question if we are being charged extra for the same pizzas??? Sounds to me that its the same pizza being charged Extra for extra toppings that are not there… Horrible experience!!! I will be talking to corporate!!!

Long waits. Needs better management because waiting 15-20 min for a “hot n ready” is ridiculous. Also their drive thru is such a long wait. And when you order on line they don’t have your food in the warmers waiting for you to entree your code to get. No they leave it out where it gets cold and you have to go to the counter and ask for it. Which already has long lines. The workers need better management

Service is extremely slow. They said my order wouldn’t take more than 5 minutes yet it’s been 20 and hardly anyone upfront. Another man orders after me and got his food first, WTH? Another lady was just standing the waiting for her food before me and other ppl leave before her and they ordered even after me!
