Today I purchased a Mexican pizza combo, which includes a pizza, 2 taco supreme & a slushy. The pizza was perfect, even though there was no silverware. The 2 taco Supreme had sour cream on them after I specifically said NO SOUR CREAM. This is not the first time this has happened. I took my order home (Ayden) so did not return the order. I am sending a photo. With the prices as high as they are, at the least, they it should be correct.

Don’t waste your time. I didn’t receive all of my order. What I did get was falling apart, and my pizza was under a $50 order. We called twice, but after hanging up on me both attempts… We had to call corporate office.

This location absolutely STUNK of ammonia when I walked in. If I hadn’t already gone 15 minutes out of my way to get food, I would have walked out immediately. I work with animals and this place smelled worse than a cat’s litter box. The place appeared mostly clean, so I’m baffled how it smelled that bad without being dirty.

As someone who eats at the Bell often, the food here just didnt taste right. The black beans were different and “off” and the nacho fries tasted terrible to the point I didnt even finish them & theyre my fav. Bf agreed the food tasted different than normal, not sure whats going on in the kitchen here

Food was hot, but the person taking the orders was having a hard time hearing due to all the other workers talking and laughing so loud. They were out of a few drinks and I ordered a large drink but got to the wind and was asked if a medium would be ok since they didn’t have large cups.
