Remember when MOD Pizza was the best? So disappointing how fast it’s gone down hill. Today was my second visit that I’ve had terrible service. The owner of this franchise should choose his employees better. The staff is totally rude. No greetings of any kind, they seems actually mad to be there. Lady on the register literally grabbed a “no name cake” straight out of my hands. Then when I got home pizza was soggy. Not cooked enough. Very disappointed.

We went here tonight and I asked if they had vegan cheese because my toddler is allergic to dairy. What happened next really touched my heart. They changed their gloves and got toppings from a different location to be safe that no cheese came in contact with his pizza. Lastly when the pizza was cooked they used a separate pizza cutter for his pizza. I am beyond greatful for the care they showed my son by making sure they prevent an allergic reaction. I will be going back here again.

Door sign says this location closes at 10:00pm but their lazy employees are deciding to close at 9:40pm telling customers they decided to close early cause it wasn’t busy during the day. Hire employees that want to work and with customer service skills or your business will go down the drain.

I went here for the first time today. OMG!!! I absolutely love it! The crust for the regular pizza is super thin and crisp. The toppings are fresh. The staff are friendly and quick. Super clean restaraunt.

Very clean restaurant and friendly employees. I asked for extra crispy, not burnt pizza. I had to ask for to be put back in the oven and it still wasn’t extra crispy. It had a doughy center. Otherwise, tasted great.

Honestly, As a Gilbert local, I’m disappointed with this location and store out of the MOD franchise. Don’t get me wrong the food is decent, so is the lemonades… Hence 2/5 stars earned. The WORST part of this particular location is the employee attitude(s). Every single time I’ve visited, there’s always this attitude problem with 90% of the employee’s I’ve encountered over the past few years. High turnover rate is also prevalent, always see new faces every visit (which are frowning faces I see). What is going on? Is the work that bad there? Are they underpaid? Overworked? Questions about this spot have arisen.

I was super disappointed in the employees in management. All we wanted was the pesto sauce on the pizza bread to make a pizza salad and they wouldn’t do it. They were not putting any meat or cheese, or anything else on the sides, the pesto, and they still refused to make the pizza. Super disappointing in that store, and the upper management for making such a ridiculous rule. You can’t have a pesto pizza salad at all. Whoever made up that rule, should rethink things with their customers!
