The food was very good and our server was wonderful. I had the cheeseburger which was so tasty, my only regret is that I couldn’t eat the 2 or 3 pound options since it was late at night and I had meals during the day.

We ordered several appetizers, all very good. The crab Rangoon was delicious. Fries are hot and crispy, and excellently seasoned. The waitress was very helpful and friendly, but maybe a little overwhelmed. We waited a long time for refills, and when we were able to ask, she got yelled at by the: manager? Cook? Owner? He told her to tell us to wait a minute (meanwhile, we had already been waiting for quite some time, and he went back to wrapping silverware). He did finally came get us refills, after one of us went up to the bar and asked for a refill. Would return, but definitely need more staff, and he needs some customer service skills.

Was my first time going there today for lunch, was a nice looking and sweet demeanor lady working the bar and dining room. I ordered some crab rangoons as my starter and they were delivered hot and tasty. For my meal I had the fried pork chops with a side of fries which were very well seasoned and fried perfectly. I will deff be back soon maybe tomorrow.

First time trying this establishment, my son recommended it to me, said they had good burgers, and large portions so I decided to try them for myself. He was right burgers were large enough for me to be full with 1/2 of, save the rest for lunch the next day. I would have given them 5 stars except I felt for almost $5 an order, they could have given more onion rings, which were btw, delicious, some of the best I’ve tasted. I must just be greedy!!!

Attempted to visit Friends twice before, but was always unsure how much of a “restaurant” they were. The seating is limited, unless there is more somewhere I didn’t see which is possible. They run the front with a bartender/server. What I could see one cook, a lady at that. (which I love to see) No complaints here, bartender/manager? was on his game pre bussing and having tables wiped down as soon as the table was checked out and gone.

Me and some co worker went to the place for lunch and the food was horrible and disgusting. How do u mess up a Philly and fried pickles . Philly was dry as hell with no sauce at all. Fried pickles was salty as hell. Customer service doesn’t exist in this place. I even called back and the manager ask me what u want me to do. Please make my food better. I would not feed a dog this food. Please whoever owns this please please teach ur manger customer service. He’s rule as hell and don’t have any customers service skills.

With a few different burger styles available downtown, this spot definitely hits the “bar burger” category. These are massive burgers, and made with fresh patties and toppings. I have ordered to go several times and was not dissaponted. The loaded fries really hit the spot for heavy bar food. Problem is . . . at this time of writing (April 2023), they do not have beer or liquor at all. Apparently waiting on their liquor license. Food is great, but a bar just isn’t complete without the beer. Will return when the drinks are flowing!
