Ordered a triple burger with fries. That was one of if not the best burger I’ve ever had. And a triple was even too big which has never happened before. The patties were well seasoned and so were the fries. I’ve been missing out on Roul’s since they opened, and thats been my mistake! Roul’s is definitely THE spot for a burger in Gonzales.

I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, at least some component thereof. It’s all absolutely fantastic! This is indulgent comfort food! Don’t come for the salad. I’d like to see Roul’s personalize the dining area more. Make it a unique experience beyond the fantastic food. Love it! Those crawfish egg rolls though!
