French fries tasted like they weren’t cooked all the way. Chicken pieces were very salty. Strawberries on crepes were sour. While the place looked clean and overall good looking for the price point, we didn’t enjoy the music they were playing. It’s good to have them in the neighborhood for comfort food when you don’t or can’t cook at home. They also have a wide range of food you can order.

I always order spicy poblano ( the only thing I like ). The first time, I got thick egg and little meat as top seriously, and the problem is the waitress doesn’t see the problem. If u want extra, we charge u. Please give me what you usually do and ads in the menu.

I love how the updated the menu, it looks wonderful. The food was fresh and looked great to eat. The employees were kind and very efficient. They were wonderful and helpful, especially when I was having trouble finding my choice of food. This is a great place to bring family or to eat by yourself. Thank you for heartwarming atmosphere and pleasant staff members.

Shockingly miserable treatment by employees. Had an order to pick up, got there with the order on my phone, and they tell me someone took it and so I said we’ll here it is on my phone, it’s my order, no one else’s so can you remake it for me, and they tell me no! So they let someone else steal my order then tell me to leave with no order. They said contact online support, they won’t deal with it. There was not one customer in here. Note the pictures of a 100% empty place! No one here and they won’t give me my order. Just honestly disgusted with them!!!

Our server was decent, most of the food was fresh or corrected after we made mention and the place was pretty clean. It took a long while to get service even though they weren’t busy. We were still very understanding and tipped well I like that this location has a coffee bar.

We went there on 4th of July, mid-morning. It was very busy and it took a while to get seated. Our server, Douglas was fantastic. There were a lot of people and it looked like they were understaffed but Douglas made sure we had a really good meal. He was fast, checking on us often and got us our food, quickly after placing our order.

It smelled like a sewer when first walking in but thankfully we were seated in the back and it wasn’t as strong back there. Seems there only 1 or maybe 2 cooks in the back and a single associate seating, taking orders, serving, and collecting payment. Yet we still got our food in decent time and it was the best ihop meal I think I’ve ever had.
