As you can see the roasted red pepper feta cheese burnt and dry. All three order dry and the jalapeño pineapple was missing mostly cheese nothing but sauce. This was an extremely disappointment.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a Dominos. Honestly just amazing customer service for any restaurant! I ordered car-side delivery but it wasn’t brought out for a while, even though my tracker said the food was ready. When I went inside, they said my pizza had too many bubbles/not enough pepperoni, so they were remaking it. They then offered me a free 2L bottle of soda to make it right (even though I wasn’t even upset). This is on top of the free pizza you get if they don’t have the pizza out in the 2 minutes guaranteed time. They staff were SO friendly and it really made my night!!! Thank you!!!!

Ordered pizza 2 hours before close and was told 30 minutes. At 45 I got a text they canceled my ordered. We called and the women acted as though she couldn’t hear us on the phone. We used a different phone to call and the man said we were out of their delivery zone (we are 5 mins/1 mile away). After I said this, he apologized and said he would be right over with our order. After 15 mins more, we got a call saying we were 16 mins away and they couldn’t deliver that far. We asked to simply pick up the order at first so they didn’t have to make the drive, but they were closed for carry out (not their fault). But if you can’t let us pick up, don’t accept delivery orders you are too lazy to take. I’ve worked in pizza delivery so I understand the apathy, but this was just wild.

Literally posted an order 1 hour before close. Sat up waiting and the guy literally never showed or called or texted so we went to bed hungry. Insanely bad service, I’ve worked as a pizza delivery driver for years and I’ve never seen or heard of a business being so negligent. No idea how these dominos locations get away with it in Denver, so if you don’t care about doing any work whatsoever I’d say apply here.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and sausage. We received a pizza that did not have pepperoni on it but black olives which I hate by the way and onions. What the heck Dominoes. And no refund or pizza fix delivery after they royally mess up. Horrible service, you just lost a customer Dominoes. Thanks for nothing. I hate you now Dominoes.

I don’t often review things, but I couldn’t let this go past. I ordered a basic pasta with cheese, tomatoes and spinach, and I was instead delivered a pasta with minimal cheese, hardly any sauce and chicken. How do you mistake provolone for chicken? There was more chicken in the pasta than pasta and the chicken is awful. My cheesy bread was also burnt on the bottom and I didn’t receive the sauce I paid for. To top it off, there is no option for a refund for poor quality food. Only a free pizza. Please do better Dominos. Other than that, delivery was quick. But please double check your orders BEFORE you make them and BEFORE you deliver them. Thank you.

I wish I could give 0 stars…ordered 2 pizzas and loaded tots. An hour goes by I call and politely ask for an update since I live within 5 mins of the store I was told by Jacob the store manager it’s on your street now…ok sure…it now about 2hrs and nothing since I called and asked about my order, what is wrong with people today?? Do not order from this location. Customer service is terrible. Orerded a thin crust pizza and it was placed in too small of a box. Called to speak with the manager and gotten hung up on by the person working the phones (she is no lady, I tell you what). Manager felt it necessary to defnd his staff’s rudness and unprofessionalism rather than make things right. Will definitely go to the hut next time.

I love dominoes, but I can’t wait to move away from this one and never come back. Was supposed to be a Wisconsin 6 cheese with pepperoni. No pepperoni, and looks trash. Can’t believe they let this out the door. Why am I paying for pepperoni and not getting it?!
