My recent dining experience at Laurea in Princeton was a pleasant one. The restaurant’s ambiance is refined and contemporary, making it a suitable choice for a casual dinner or special occasion. The warm lighting and tasteful decor contribute to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

We went here for breakfast and ordered off the menu. The service was friendly and timely. The Multi-grain Belgian Waffle was okay, but not great. I would recommend the Create Your Own Omelette which was pretty good. Considering it’s in a hotel, I would say it’s pretty good but not spectacular.

Laurea is a hotel attached restaurant by standard. However, the quality far exceeds most standard in hotel restaurants. The food and ambiance could rival a standalone restaurant. Furthermore, the staff here is without question some of the friendliest I’ve come across. Our server, Erin, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well fed. She was honest about her preferences and we followed them to an absolutely delightful breakfast. She came by frequently to ensure we were always able to request anything needed. We were here for two days and had her as our server both times, and both times we reviewed excellent service.

We can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. Went to the Hyatt for an an overnight escape with dinner and had an amazing meal. Our server, Christine, recommended the antipasto salad and Chef Abdel came out with a family style salad that was 5 star. The Rib Eye was cooked perfect and my wife loved the Sea Bass. Wil definitely be meeting friends here as it has a very convenient location as well off route 1!

We had the tasting for our wedding today! The food was phenomenal, the chef came out and greeted us and explained each of the courses, and our servers were so attentive and wonderful!

My husband and I were trying to find someplace new for brunch today… wasn’t expecting this restaurant is in a hotel-which is fine. But I don’t think either my husband or I really enjoyed the experience here. Staff seems like need to redo their training, first time ever I ended up feeling thirsty to leave the restaurant as they kept forgetting to bring me the drink. Also they are not a cheap place to eat, for the price I paid, I would expect the service a little bit better…

Really nice atmosphere here. This restaurant is located within the Hyatt atrium. Tons of natural light (and ambient light that feels natural). High ceilings and very open area. We sat at the bar and I ordered dinner (Branzino fish dish). The Branzino was great. Cooked nicely and very flavorful. I didn’t love the marinara combination, but I didn’t mind it.

Great restaurant in Princeton! Enjoyed a tasting menu on NYE created by the Executive Chef. Creativity, flavors and ingredients were showcased with precision. Service was amazing!

Plenty of parking to be had here when you roll up to the restaurant (while it is the hotel). I started with the grilled octopus which was very tasty but the cuts were large for me and a little tough to slice at times. I finished with the rustic pizza with sausage and some red peppers on it and if you love that type of pizza which was thin and the crust is right at the edge of burnt, you’ll love it. I did. I shared a desert with my wife which was a pastry ravioli with chocolate center with cherries on the side. The decor was a bright rustic look and very spacious with small pools of water in front prior to getting to your table. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely throw another dinner party here. The prices were reasonable. Right off of route one.

The food was good however, the service was awful! We had to constantly remind our server to receive our drinks ordered, the table was never cleaned between courses and when we asked them the please clean our table we received attitude! Admitting at this point we weren’t to happy as we still didn’t have our drinks. We went to the manager who looked at us and nodded!! Did nothing to help the situation. The friends we dined with were restaurant managers for many years and they too were amazed as to how things we’re not handled properly.. Very disappointed! I always try a place out at least twice before rating but, this place was too disappointing to return.
