It won’t let me rate 0 stars but I want to be very clear that you don’t even deserve one. Stood in line for 25 minutes beginning at 7:10. Got to the counter at 7:33 and was told the kitchen was closed (at 7:30). I’m sorry, that’s not how you treat your customers. Won’t be back.

We were just at Captain Pete’s…. They handed us two of our cones at the drive up and then we waited 35 minutes for the rest of our ice cream and our two cones were soup, we nicely asked for our two cones to be remade because our parents were waiting for them at home. He said “yeah give them to me” we handed them to him and he slammed them on the ground and got ice cream all over our car and slammed the window shut. We then drove around and went in, and he yelled ”oh they came in here and want to fight!!” with families and little kids in there. and said “call the cops because you want to fight!!” and he told us “there’s a hose in the back you can clean it off yourself” it was absolutely horrible. The worst part is he was an older gentleman working with a bunch of kids. We will never ever go there again. Absolutely horrible.

I think this might be a great place for the locals, but for me as a drive through experience, it was a bit of a let-down. I wish when ice cream shoppes had flavors that show they have them, they actually would. If they run out, remove the container from the showcase. It is so frustrating to look at closed lids and then pick a flavor, only to be told they don’t have that flavor. If I could have either seen it was empty, or it was not in the case, I would have chosen something else. I just got the vanilla soft serve and honestly it was just about as good as McDonalds, but more expensive. Their pup cup was cute!
