The people who work here are the absolute worst. They aren’t professional. They are unethical with lack of morals. What has went on down there is coming to light though and Rockwood people will know the truth about where they are spending their money and type of people they are helping make a paycheck just by eating there. If you got a problem and try to approach it by being an adult they will try to talk to you like you’re crazy and not take responsibility for what happened. It’s truly a shame that the whole tacobell is full of people who don’t even try to understand when someone comes to them with an issues. It’s time you take some responsibility because you all will say anything to make someone feel like they’re lying when each of you know for a fact that’s it true. Do better because you all are going to lose customers when it’s all out. Shame on every single one of you. You rather avoid helping the situation than take responsibility of how your employees are acting! You all are going to cause so many issues around here because your own lack of empathy and compassion for others. As I said before you don’t care to make people feel uncomfortable or cause problems knowing you are. I hope some people read this and understand exactly who they’re supporting by eating there. SHAME!

Poorly prepared food everytime. Tacos with barely anything in them or missing half the ingredients. Burritos with ingredients put in there side by side and not evenly distributed with hardly any meat and missing ingredients.

The management there is a joke. I won’t go into details except to say how is a woman who went to jail during works hours, and a man that punched a woman in the face allowed to still work there? Are you all that hard up for employees. Also married people cheating on their wives during the work day. Maybe that’s why the food is always cold. To upper management, you need to look into this and also hire a new work crew.

I was so impressed with the manager of this restaurant. My wife and I were here waiting for our car to have a flat tire changed at the Walmart. As we were eating we noticed a young man come in who was down on his luck. He looked like he could use some help so I went up to buy him something to eat and the Manager, Chris, said he would take care of him. That was one of the nicest things I’ve seen. I hope people support this store because they truly care for people here.

The restaurant had a very bad smell a very obnoxious odor of rancid grease. It sure wasn’t cleaning supplies either like bleach or disinfectant. I also thought a 10-minute wait for a Mexican pizza was a bit long.
