Good sandwich, but I feel a little taken advantage of. As you can see a good 1/4th of the sandwich has berely any toppings. Completely missing some of the meats altogether. I payed extra for the large, but seems they just put a mediums worth of toppings onto longer bread.

A great sub shop, far superior to all the other chains yet not nearly as well known, which is a shame. The staff is friendly and will prepare your sub to order in a very accommodating manner. The bread is baked on premises, tastes fresh and not doughy like other chains. One notices immediately how large the place with plenty of stand-alone tables and booths, all DiBella’s locations tend to be like that. The salads are prepared daily and make a nice side item to any sub.

Ordered DiBella’s to cater a work party and they exceeded our expectations! Everything was easy from ordering, to the delivery (delivery can be challenging at the Cleveland Clinic) and the food tasted great! 10/10 would recommend.

Long time no REVIEW FOODIES AND FRIENDS! Today was my second day going I went yesterday for the first-time! It was absolutely amazing and better than Subway, Jimmy John’s, or any other place I have literally ever had. I do recommend it I’ve never felt more healthier and happy the space is huge and obviously they’re serious about social distance things which I respect. They probably will get tired of me because I love it! Here are the pictures of my food I got a turkey sandwich grilled and it is phenomenal! They’re just fine younger older this like diversity and they always are having a good time when I order my food!

When we ordered our food, the young male taking our order was not friendly at all, I specifically said that I did not want mushrooms on my sandwich, they were put on it, I told him what type of cheese I wanted and he didn’t mark it down. Someone asked me from half way across the room what type of cheese that I wanted. The place was not busy and the tables were not cleaned off. I will not be going back to this location. From now on I will be going to the Strongsville location. I have always had a better experience in Strongsville.

Got severely sick , food poisoning! I bought 5 subs 4 Turkey and one Dagwood for me , I was the only one that got sick was throwing up all night and had diarrhea for two days , called to place complaint never heard from the manager left my number and explained what happened he was supposed to call me back never heard from him .
