Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Subway on steroids … order your basic sandwich except they cut the meat there. Then they put the FRESH toppings on. A vinegar and oil spritz finishes it. I ordered the smallest size and couldn’t finish it. It’s a fast food restaurant but clean and neat. Best of that kind I’ve eaten at though.

If I could give less then a one I would. I ordered two giant Philly steak and cheese subs last night and SPECIFICALLY SAID that I DID NOT WANT JALAPEÑOS on one of them. And had an allergic reaction and spent the night in the hospital. And when I called to place my order the phone was just answered with a HELLO and I had to ask is this Jersey Mikes???

Asked where I was from; gave me tips for where I was headed; AND made me a banger sandwich.
