The fried shrimp was good. The chicken fried rice was absolutely horrid. The rice was dry. I had literally two pieces of chicken. It was far from fried. It was soggy and nasty. I asked for no onion. It was full of onions. I’d rather eat the frozen tai pei from the dollar store. My boyfriend picked the order up for me. He said the lady working was hateful.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. As soon as we walked in, my girlfriend and I were asked to pay before I even got a good look at the “food” they were serving. The buffet had maybe a dozen options for dinner, all of which were an assault on the senses. The chicken on a stick was cold, and when I bit into it there was a disgusting crunch. The general Tso chicken had barely any chicken and was mostly soggy breading. The Hot and Sour soup had the heat of spice but somehow no flavor at all. The spring rolls tasted like they were frozen from the day before and re-thawed for the next day. The Lo Mein was BLACK in some spots! The only thing I could consume without concern for my health were the fountain drinks and the fried potatoes and ketchup. I can guarantee you the owners of this restaurant cut every corner possible. Foam cups and plates, plastic utensils, packets of watery soy sauce, food that gets left out all day to sit and turn to mush. And the bathrooms are utterly sickening. The health department seriously needs to pay these people a visit.

If you are reading the reviews and trying to decide whether or not to risk it, that’s where my husband and I were at. We took the risk. We are not ones to be picky and criticize restaurants, but the reviews are sadly true. We hope to hear of better days for Hua Ming!

First sight ordered not the buffet but ordered general Tao chicken and I got it and the first taste I thought maybe I had gotten a batter piece with no chicken not thinking much of it at the time i figured I would take it home for later and then I got the buffet I triedsome that was on buffet same thing all batter no chicken pieces not going to go back after trying the buffet I tried the general chicken again and it was all batter

The food was not fresh and had been there so long it was burnt to the pan and when they did add new they put the old food on top. Most of the food was cold and the place was not very clean.

We’re is the health department? Very nasty place, curtains tables, walls bathroom’s are so dirty. The noodles had been in the tray so long they were sticking to the tray and the chicken was too hard. This place used to be good but not anymore. This is my last time I will drive to Corbin. You have to see to believe. Not a soul was in the restaurant that’s how bad it is.
